* Bunk room – The large bunk room features two, twin over full beds sleeping 6 comfortably and includes smart TV and private closet. It is located near the full bathroom with tub/shower convenient for kid's bath time.
* Laundry room - Full laundry room with side by side HE washer/dryer, sink, folding countertop, storage cabinets, and hanging space.
* All rooms on this level can access the front porch overlooking the pool area.

*Level 3 (Gathering level)
The 3rd level includes open concept living room, dining room, kitchen with walk in pantry as well as a large bedroom and full bath. Breath taking views of gulf from the 16-foot glass sliders and covered porch.
*Outdoor dining w/seating for eight and additional Adirondack casual seating.
* Large living room features 65" smart TV, oversized sectional with pull out queen bed.
* Dining room features both a dining bench and chairs accommodating more guests comfortably.
