The main living area, located on the second floor, includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, comfortable open living space with a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy their meals while taking in the beautiful views from the screened porch, which overlooks a tranquil cove across the wide canal.

On the lower level, there are two private suites, one apartment includes a queen bedroom and a full bathroom, while the other offers another queen size bed, pull-out sofa bed, bathroom, and a kitchenette.

Outside, guests can relax and unwind in the fenced and gated turf yard, which features a spacious pool with a heater/chiller. The dock area includes a 15,000 lb boat lift, a floating dock for kayaks, and a built-in outdoor kitchen with a grill, sink, ice machine, and pizza oven. There is also a putting green, corn hole, and ample seating available. This is a prime boater's location as you are provided direct access to the Florida Bay and quick access to the Atlantic Ocean through Tavernier Creek, which has approximately 15’ of clearance.

Located just a short distance from a variety of amazing restaurants, you'll never go hungry. Old Tavernier, a locals' favorite, has been serving up delicious meals since 1988, making it a must-visit. Don’t miss happy hour at Crooked Palm Cabana, where you can indulge in craft cocktails, local brews, and wood-fired bites. For your everyday needs, Tavernier Towne Plaza is just a two-minute drive north and offers a range of essentials, including grocery shopping, a pharmacy, and a post office. Plus, if you're looking for even more excitement, Downtown Islamorada is only 10 minutes south. Key West can be reached in a beautiful, two-hour drive, offering further dining, shopping, and adventure opportunities.
