This Condo is located on Venice Island and is part of the Bella Costa Community situated alongside the beautiful Intercoastal Waterway. From the kitchen, bedroom and front door windows, picture postcard views of the Dockside Marina and seafaring vessels passing by, can be had. It's a wonderful reminder that you are near the water. The best part about is that you don't have to fight all the traffic to get to it; you're just minutes away from participating in any water related activity!
Venice beach, is less than one mile away. But don't stop there, be sure to check out the beaches of Nokomis and Caspersen. Nokomis Beach is known for their evening drum circles while Caspersen Beach, is known for the place to find shark's teeth. The most serious of shellers are also known to hit Caspersen Beach early and wear headlamps to find their treasures.
The quaint historic city of Venice is your playground as it's only a short walk to meet friends for coffee, lunch or some serious shopping. The variety of music venues, restaurants and theater options can be found on-line and you are encouraged to check entertainment listings often.
While a tenant, you'll have designated parking and may utilize the outside storage closet. Additionally, you are free to use the outdoor patios and grilling stations located about the common area. There is a fantastic patio just below the Condo where you can grill up your favs while watching the boats pass by. A short distance away is the Bella Costa Clubhouse, which is a fine spot to play cards, watch movies with friends or to just hang out in. The Clubhouse also has a sauna, shower and changing area. You are able to access the heated pool from the Clubhouse or outside through the gates.

The historic City of Venice is an easy walk from the Condo. Not only are there loads of restaurants and bars to choose from, you can easily get in on a game of pickle ball at the park nearby. If you want to get a bike ride in, there is a 12 -mile cycling path a short distance from the Condo as well. For the golfers, there is a course and driving range right on the island.

Following check out and providing the property and its contents were properly cared for, the damage deposit will be refunded.
If the rental period is for at least 6 months + 1 day, the renter avoids paying transient/accommodation rental taxes. Otherwise the renter is assessed for all taxes due.
Fifty percent (50%) of total rent due must be remitted upon execution of the rental contract along with the rental application and corresponding application fee. Balance of rental contract (including damage deposit, cleaning fee, taxes and remaining 50% of rent due) must be paid at least 60 days prior to the contracted check in date. In case of cancellation, the 50% down payment will be fully refunded providing cancellation is accomplished at least 90 days prior to the scheduled check in date. The rental application fee is nonrefundable.
