Surfside Club #203 is the ultimate location for your enjoyment of sun, sand and surf. We are located just south of the Dunlawton Bridge in a residential setting. Your vacation begins when you open the door and see the vast Atlantic Ocean. Floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors in main living area and master bedroom suite lead to the private beachfront balcony.
The master bedroom has king-size bed with TV and a connecting bath with separate dressing area. Secondary bedroom has two twin beds, TV, and is adjacent to second bath. Second bath has large walk-in shower. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and utensils. The balcony will soon become your favorite spot for meals, entertaining or simply relaxing to the sound and rhythm of the waves!
New walk-in(zero entry) pool with large deck, lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas. Controlled access to beach from pool deck. Gas grill available for outdoor cooking. Assigned garage space with opener.

The rental agreement becomes official once the signed lease and deposit have been received. Surfside Club has a 30-day minimum rental period with very few exceptions, allowing only one rental agreement per calendar month. The first month's rent is due 30 days prior to beginning of lease. You may cancel your reservation in writing, but will forfeit the security deposit if the cancellation is 30 days prior to the the start of the rental agreement.

No, but each floor has a common laundry room. So, there is a washer and dryer right down the hall that is easy to acces.

This condo has a superb location. Right on the beach and walking distance to many eateries. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. Enjoyed sitting on the balconies for the sun rise and sunset. Initially, I was concerned that it was a communal laundry, but it worked out very very well. The condo has everything you need to go to the beach.

We were impressed with the location of the unit! You really can't get closer to the beach. The sunrises are amazing from the balcony. (I have hundreds of photos to prove it :) We were also able to see 7 rocket launches from the balcony. (SpaceX was really busy!) That was one of the high points of the vacation. The unit is well stocked, the furniture is comfortable with recliners. Floor to ceiling windows in both the living and bedroom with the best ocean views. Would absolutely recommend, and would check to see if this unit is available if we travel back to the area. The owner and manager are both pleasant and easy to work with. No surprises at all.

I have enjoyed my stay at Surfside! The condo is clean and comfortably furnished. The grounds are impeccably groomed and well maintained. The pool is beautifully lit up at night. The sunrises are out of this world from the private balcony! You can also watch the SpaceX launches from there too. The grounds have direct oceanfront view and access to the beach. The area is very quiet and peaceful.
