This home is beautifully finished with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, soft-close Shaker cabinets, a large central island, a newer full-size washer and dryer, and has all the furnishings. This includes plates, utensils, pots/pans, linens, towels, a toaster, a coffee maker, a blender, and a microwave. Home is Space Themed because you are very close to the rocket launches in Cape Canaveral and we live along the Space Coast. The backyard has a new wood privacy fence, safe for pets and children. The back patio can be accessed via the Primary bedroom, the backyard, or through the private separate office.

The primary bedroom has a complete King bedroom set, walk-in closet, separate water closet, shower with double vanity, wall-mounted TV, and access to the back-covered patio.
Bedrooms #2 and #3 are almost identical. Each has a queen bed, dresser, closet, wall-mounted TV, ceiling fan, and light. The home does have a bonus room with a double futon which can be used for additional guests, perfect for little ones.
