Fully stocked, well situated end unit on first floor. New appliances, bamboo and tile flooring, two TVs and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our primary bedroom has a king size bed and the guest room has two singles.

If you enjoy swimming and/or sunbathing we have the largest resort style pool in Naples. There are Tennis courts, Bocci courts, Pickelball courts and a club house with a lending library. For outdoor activities we have bikes, beach chairs, and beach towels. Daily enjoy sitting on our lovely screened in lanai.

Walk to our local Publix, take our grocery cart with you if needed. Local restaurants are at the same plaza. The beautiful downtown 5th Ave shopping and restaurant area is only a 7 minute drive away and the Naples beach and pier only 12 minutes away. We are well located to so many attractions including the Naples Botanical Gardens and the Naples Zoo. Summer is on sale! Call soon.

About the host

: Bob and I love Naples! There are so many things to do and in particular, swimming. We have the largest resort style pool in Naples. We enjoy Bocci and the parks. The Naples beach is fabulous, long and not obstructed by apartment buildings. We live in Ontario and enjoy Naples January to March of the year. When we are there we are updating our condo with crown molding, fans, new toilets and vanities. It is our second home. We hope you enjoy it as much as so many others have. On another rental sites we have numerous 5 star ratings and are considered premier hosts.

Would rent again.

Great location in Naples. Good size condo with extra space inside for everyone. Hugh pool. Nice washer and dryer which we needed having stayed a month.
