Edgewater Beach Dream Villa

This comfortable villa at Edgewater Beach Resort is designed for your convenience and relaxation. It features the master bedroom that opens onto a patio. The villa is equipped with washers/dryers, refrigerators, microwaves, dishwashers, and coffee makers, ensuring a hassle-free stay. Guests can stay connected with complimentary wireless Internet access and unwind with large TVs after a day of beach activities.

The space
This spacious villa boasts one bedroom and two bathrooms, making it the perfect home for anyone who loves golf and the beach lifestyle. Inside, you'll find an open-concept living room and dining area perfect for entertaining. The kitchen has plenty of room for cooking and storage. The bedroom is generous in size and complete with comfortable bedding and furniture.

Guest access
A parking pass is included for one vehicle; if you have more, please let us know before your arrival. Additional parking passes can be purchased for $30 per vehicle. Please let us know your additional parking needs when making your reservation, and we will have the passes ready for you when you arrive. We will also provide wristbands for the number of guests specified to use all the resort's amenities.

For beach service (chairs/umbrellas), guests will pay separately, but the resort offers the service.

Please note that the resort charges $12 per person daily for the fitness center. However, we offer a discounted weekly pass for $45, which is excellent value for guests planning to use these facilities frequently during their stay, allowing you to make the most of your leisure time.
