Unique Benefits
It's all about the location! Walk or bike to Cape Harbour to shop, eat or listen to live music. Grocery shopping couldn't be easier, it is a 2 minute drive to Publix. The house offers a very large covered space in the lanai with 3 ceiling fans, a pass through window to the kitchen. A pool that has southern exposure, so it gets sun all afternoon!
Watch the canal, it is not uncommon to see a dolphin come in, especially in the winter when they bring their babies in to teach them how to fish. With our location towards the end of the canal, they "heard" the fish to the end and then have a nice meal.
A 8,000 lb boat lift is available for guests to use.

About the host: Tom & Sharon bought this property in 2020 and lived here full time until 2023 when they decided to live in a more remote place and headed to Northern Wisconsin. In 2024, we decided to turn this property into a vacation rental.
Why this property? SW Cape Coral is one of the nicest neighborhoods in the Cape. We are close to Camelot Park where we could walk the dog or play pickle ball. It is an easy walk to Cape Harbour where we could listen to live music or enjoy the restaurants. The grocery store is a 2 minute drive. It was all about the location for us.

Excellent Pet Friendly Pool Home
My sister-in-law and I loved this spacious beautiful home and the location. We booked in for a month's stay. We have never stayed in Cape Coral before so we were a little apprehensive about it. We worried for nothing! It was about 45 minutes to the Punta Gorda airport, 30 min to Fort Myers Beach, & 15 min to Matlacha where we went to dinner a couple of times. So for us, it was centrally located. It's very easy to get to Fort Myers as well, basically 2 streets that took us to the bridge. Bedrooms are spaced apart with the living areas in between so parents could be on one side of the house and the kids or guests could be on the other side where there is 2 BR's off the Living Room with a bath. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is updated and has very nice appliances. We loved the pool area and patio. The doggy door was a HUGE plus for us as our dog doesn't always want to stay outside and he would just go in and out as he wanted. The use of a nice sized garage was also great and that we didn't have to park the vehicle out in the hot sun. Nice laundry room off the garage. Sharon was wonderful to deal with and we could contact her if we had any questions. We would definitely come back to this house again. We rent in SW FL every summer for at least a month.
