The den features a pullout couch and a TV where additional guests can sleep. Need to stay productive during your getaway? The dedicated monitor and keyboard workstation make remote work a breeze.

PLEASE NOTE: The pool is NOT toddler/child proof, the patio sliders do not have audible alarms and the pool does NOT have a child-proof fence and gate surrounding it. All guests accept the risks of using the pool. The owners will not be held responsible in any way. During winter months, the supplementary electric heater might be needed especially if the nights are cold. If you want the pool any warmer you will need the electric heater for a fee of $30 per day paid prior to the check-in.
Security cameras on property: The house is equipped with Ring doorbell located by the front door and Ring Floodlight camera located above the outside garage door pointing towards the driveway.
As per our Homeowners Association rules, parking recreational vehicles, boats or trailers in the driveway is not permitted. Commercial vehicles may not be parked overnight in driveways.
Crown Pointe East Homeowners Association requires tenants to complete Application for lease approval form and provide a copy of Government Issued Photo ID.
