We're excited to introduce you to our exceptional, newly remodeled, waterfront property at 541 Conover Court, featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a large swimming pool and a wet boat slip for your convenience.
Nestled in the prime Estates section of Marco Island, this spacious home offers over 2,900 square feet of open living space for your enjoyment.
The master suite boasts a luxurious king-size bed, opening onto an expansive patio, as well as a private ensuite bath featuring a walk-in shower and dual sinks. The second and third guest bedrooms also offer king beds for your comfort and share a full bath. The fourth guest bedroom is perfect for younger guests with two twin beds and convenient access to a third full bathroom. Additionally, there is a bonus queen murphy bed in the laundry room for additional sleeping space.
The open concept kitchen and family room feature stainless steel gourmet appliances, new granite countertops and white cabinets, fully stocked with your essential vacation needs. The family room includes wide glass doors opening to the screened lanai, complete with a cuddler sofa, large Smart TV with AppleTV and a Microsoft X-Box gaming system. The living room features an oversized sectional sofa, another large screen Smart TV with AppleTV, a DVD player and home-theater sound system.
Step outside to the backyard screened lanai, where you'll find a large, heated swimming pool (heating optional), a spacious paver patio, three comfortable lounge chairs, a propane fire pit with four reclining chairs and two oversized umbrellas for shade. Enjoy alfresco cooking and dining with the Webber propane gas grill and large covered dining table with seating for six. The lanai features picturesque views of the breathtaking Conover canal and Roberts Bay. Spend sunny island days splashing in the spectacular heated pool and enjoy cozy island nights swapping stories and watching the moonlight dance on the waves as you relax around the private fire pit.
For water enthusiasts, the dock offers no-bridge, direct access to Roberts Bay and the Gulf of Mexico! Lounge at the dockside table or rent a boat, jet skis, or kayaks and tie them right to the dock to quickly access your adventures on the water.
Just a 5-minute drive away, Marco Island's pristine beaches await. We provide beach essentials—6 chairs, 2 umbrellas, a cooler and various sand/pool toys for your enjoyment.

Optional Pool Heating Available: Pool heating is available for an optional additional charge of $35/day, but generally not necessary from April through October. The pool is heated to 85 degrees Fahrenheit, but the heater only works when the pool motor is running. The pool motor is controlled by a timer and runs approximately 12 hours per day. The pool may lose some temperature overnight; however, once the pool motor and heater restarts each morning, the pool will return to the set temperature. The pool heat pump automatically shuts off in the unusual circumstance the outside air temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage.
Optional Travel Insurance Available: Consider purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances leading to trip cancellation.
Camera Notice: We have four ring cameras on the property for your safety, a front door-bell camera, a garage door flood-light camera and two dockside flood-light cameras. The pool flood-light camera is TURNED OFF during your entire stay to ensure your privacy. The pool flood-light camera is only TURNED ON when the house is vacant to provide additional security.
Construction Notice: We do not have any control over surrounding properties and will not be responsible for any construction noise occurring at surrounding properties. Accordingly, no full and/or partial refunds will be provided to registered guest for construction disruption.
Strict No-smoking / vaping Policy: Our home strictly prohibits smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises, indoors or outdoors. Smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises will constitute a violation of the rental agreement and costs for remediation will be withheld from the resisted guest's security deposit.
Strict No Pet Policy: Pets are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.
Marco Island Parking and Right-of-Way Regulation: Garage parking is not available as our personal vehicle is kept in the garage, but you can easily park three cars/suvs in the expansive circular driveway. Per Marco Island code, vehicles are prohibited from parking on or across sidewalks or unpaved surfaces, including swales and vacant lots. Vehicles must also not obstruct motorists or pedestrian views. Overnight parking within any public right-of-way is likewise prohibited. Per Marco Island code, you also cannot park a trailer or boat in the driveway. You can park a small RV in the driveway, so long as no portion of the RV covers the sidewalk. RV parking also requires registered guests to obtain a free permit from the Marco Island Police Department and affix the permit to either the RV windshield or other conspicuous place on the RV that is visible from the street. Without the required RV permit, we will be fined daily and those fines will be withheld from the registered guest's security deposit.
Marco Island Noise Regulation: Marco Island has a strict Transient Rental Noise Control ordinance which provides that noise shall not be plainly audible for a period of more than one minute at a distance of more than twenty-five feet from 10:00pm - 7:00am and at a distance of more than fifty feet from 7:00am - 10:00pm. Any person responsible for violating the noise ordinance will be given a warning and must comply within five minutes, or be subject to a fine which will be withheld from the registered guest's security deposit.
Sexual Offenders/Predator Regulation: It is unlawful for sexual offenders or predators to occupy this residence.
Security Deposit: A $1,000 Security Deposit HOLD will be assessed prior to your stay and released 7 days after departure if no violations/damage occur.
Cancellation: Full refunds available if canceleld at least 60 days prior to arrival (minus any applicable processing fees).

Great Vacation Home
This house is perfect. Perfect location to all the great restaurants and beaches Marco Island has to offer. Plenty of room for our family of 7 adults to spread out and move around. The lanai and pool area is absolutely terrific. The house is well stocked and offered many upgrades you don't usually get in a rental property. Steve is a very involved property owner, great to work with and ensured we had a great time during our stay. We have stayed in rental properties from the New Jersey shore, throughout the Outer Banks, the east coast of Florida and now the west coast of Florida, this house has been our favorite so far. We highly recommend this property and we are already planning our return stay.

Amazing rental in Marco!
What an amazing rental home!! We've been vacationing in Marco Island for 30+ years and know the island very well. My grandparents had a condo there for a long time, my aunt and cousins live there still... we've stayed in various rental homes, and this house was PERFECT. It was ideally located, close to everything and right on the canal which is always wonderful. Steve was very responsive before and during our trip whenever I had questions for him. The house was spotless, spacious and perfect for our family of four + two grandparents (and could comfortably fit two more people). Highly recommend!!! We will certainly stay here again.

Perfect VacatIon
Our family of 5 ( 2 adults, 3 kids,10,13,17) just got back from a 6 day stay at this beautiful house! The house is gorgeous inside and out! There is so much room! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would ever need. The beds are super comfortable. The master bathroom shower is huge! The pool and deck area was our favorite spot! There is plenty of nice patio loungers and tables and chairs for all of us to enjoy. The properties was super close to the grocery store and the beach. We would definitely stay again.
