This unit is on the 12th floor, which can be accessed by the elevators. Guests will check in at the front desk for tower 2. If arriving after 9 pm, guests can check in at the hotel front desk. They will give you a keycard to access the unit and the on-site amenities. A $25 key fee may be assessed if checking in at the hotel desk

Please call for urgent matters or if a timely response is not received via text. You may need to call twice in succession overnight to override do not disturb.
At the heart of mid-beach and just across the street from the sand, the location of the W has the best of both worlds. It's a half mile north of the famous Las Olas blvd with all of the restaurants and nightlife and just a half mile south of Sunrise Blvd. It's close enough to the action for one to easily walk, but also far enough removed so it doesn't keep you up at night.
There is plenty walkable within 10 minutes, and even more walkable if willing to stretch 20-30 minutes. You can call for a golf card ride into downtown, ride an electric bike, or take the city bus. Alternatively, you can take your car and drive yourself.
The only way to park is building valet

MINIMUM AGE: All guests in non family units must be at least 21. Additional screening measures may take places for guests between ages 21-24 and a security deposit may be requested
EXTERNAL VERIFiCATION PROCESS: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.
Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund (minus 3% processing fee) will be honored for cancellations within 30 days of arrival. No refunds after 30 days.
NO SMOKING/VAPING allowed anywhere in the hotel
--EXTRA FEES:
–Refundable Security deposits may be collected for guests with new profiles and no reviews, guests with reviews lower than 4.5, or guests between ages 21-24
–$64 nightly mandatory valet fee if bringing a car (gratuity not included)
–$45.20 Daily Resort Fee per room, which includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella, 1 daily bike rental, water bottles at the pool and beach, wifi, pool/beach towel service).
--If checking in after 9 pm, may be charged a $25 room key.
–Hotel will require a credit card for incidentals
-The resort can slightly increase these fees with limited notice. I will update as soon as possible
POOL HOURS--pool closes at 7 pm
-ONE NIGHT STAYS: may occasionally be offered depending calendar availability. Prices may be higher and one night stays will be subject to further screening before confirming, and a possible security deposit.
–The elevators can occasionally have a brief wait time
NO REFUNDS issued due to weather conditions outside of the standard cancellation policy. Please consider purchasing travelers insurance if this is a concern. In addition, no refunds are given given in the unlikely event of a power outage, however we will make every effort to help you through this situation should it arise.
AMENITIES: are managed by the W, and availability and full operation cannot be guaranteed. However, we will make all efforts to communicate any changes to guests.
--PACK AND PLAY is in the master bed closet. It is assumed to be in its best condition, but use at your own discretion.
–RENTAL AGREEMENT AND FORM with basic information must be completed before the hotel is given your reservation.
--MANAGEMENT ENTRY TO PREMISES--owner/manager/building staff will make every effort not to enter property during guest stays. However, if the need arises without alternative, they will notify the guest with as much notice as possible and find a time to do so with the least disturbance.
–There is no daily cleaning provided
REPAIRS IN PROGRESS: There are a few minor repairs in progress in the unit that should have minimal to no impact on your stay. I've placed temporary solutions in all these instances: Some examples include
-dishwasher is not functioning-aiming to be replaced in June '24.
--upgraded lighting in second bathroom
--awaiting new balcony furniture. I'm put out temporary chairs
—Brita filter and ice cubes are in the fridge/freezer while awaiting repair of the water/ice machine
--area rug in living room has been pulled and is awaiting replacement
-water pressure in bathroom sink is a little light, but impacts should be minimal. Shower water pressure is not effected.
OCCUPANCY LIMITS--The Condo fits 4 adults comfortably and possibly a 5th child who is okay sleeping on a sofa.
VALET PARKING: Can have brief wait times . There is a system in place to call or text ahead to reduce your wait time.
DAMAGE WAIVER: Included in the price of your stay is the cost of a damage waiver of responsibility. More details provided via rental agreement. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
NOISE & SMOKING MONITORING
In accordance with the city code of Fort Lauderdale, the vacation rental is equipped with a noise monitoring device that alerts the property owner and manager if noise levels exceed a certain threshold. This device does not record conversations; it only measures noise levels. Additionally, this device can also detect the presence of smoking in the unit.
SUPPLIES-starter set of supplies such as Toilet paper, paper towels and soaps is provided. However, guests may need to purchase more supplies for extended stays.
–For same day reservations, we will do our best to have the room ready by 4 pm but it cannot be guaranteed.

Why this property? This property is located at the perfect central beach location. You can walk to the action of Las Olas if you'd like, but you are also far enough way so the noise won't keep you up at night.
The amenities of the W Residence are unmatched-the pools and beach are gorgeous and the towel service provided at the beach and tops off a perfect afternoon.
There are 2 great restaurants on site. Once you park, you'll never need to leave.
