Upstairs consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main living area. 3 separate private bedrooms, 2 of which have in suite baths. You can also find a separate apartment with an efficiency kit on ground floor. The porch area is a spectacular place to gather and lounge, share cocktails, or have family dinner at the large dining table. The backyard has a large turf area which is perfect for sunbathing and a safe place for children to play. In the back you will also find the beautiful canal and a dock-side filet table to prepare your dinner after a long day of fishing on the boat! Just a few minutes to Niles Channel has excellent boating access to the gulf and Atlantic with plenty of fishing and diving spots.

This home’s water is supplied by cistern (collected and purified rainwater). We ask you to practice water conservation. There is plenty of water for normal usage, but we ask you not to wash cars or boats or any other activity that wastes water.
