About this rental
This home sleeps 8 with two master king suites and two twin rooms with two twin beds in each. All bedding is quality, clean, and comfortable with European duvets and covers. Mattress and pillow protectors on all beds. A private swimming pool and a stand-alone hot tub are yours to enjoy throughout your stay. The hot tub is heated free of charge to 104f. Pool heating (gas) is available for an additional charge on request.
In the garage is a game room with a table tennis table and a pool table for you to enjoy. Children's toys books and games are also available.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances fridge/freezer dishwasher gas stove and a microwave.
The cupboards are full of all the necessary cooking and dining hardware including a salad spinner, and liquidizer. crock pot, toaster, drip coffee maker pots pans, etc.
Our Living area has Two large leather sofas for relaxing. TVs (Roku), and fans are in every bedroom and the living room.
Hi-speed internet is free of charge throughout the home.

Area Information
Tiggers Tree House is a great affordable family vacation home. Located 4.4 miles from Disney's Animal Kingdom, golf, shopping, water park, and dining. Ask me about our shortcut onto Disney property that will save you time getting to all the parks.
The home is in an established friendly residential neighborhood called Indian Creek.
The neighborhood has children's play areas, tennis and basketball courts, a soccer field, and several walking trails. The area is sandy and home to many of Florida's natural wildlife. You can see and hear Owls, and many other birds in the pine trees behind our home. Large sandhill cranes, rabbits, turtles, and tortoises are all common sights.
Our location has an abundance of shopping and dining options close by.
Our neighbor to the west is Margaritaville Resort and the Promenade, Sunset Walk with entertainment shopping, and dining.
Our neighbor to the east is the beautiful town of Celebration a must-see for all.

Why this property? This home has all the space you need for a relaxing Central Florida Holiday. Situated very close to Disney, yet in a quiet neighborhood of mixed vacation homes and permanent residents. There are two master king suites and two double twin rooms. Three full bathrooms. TVs in all bedrooms. Your private pool/spa and stand-alone hot tub back up to a beautiful Florida natural habitat. You can frequently see rabbits hawks kites turtles and tortoises whilst floating in the pool.
Although the outlying area around Disney World has grown over the last few years, our small neighborhood retains its peaceful and friendly environment that YOU can call home for your stay.

Rented this place to go to Halloween horror nights. The place was clean and actually had all the equipment and everything for the game room which I’ve rented more luxurious homes to have pool sticks with no tips no paddles for ping-pong etc. so it was a great surprise to have everything there. Plus having a hot tub separate from the pool and Jacuzzi was Awsome!I know it’s Florida but nothing better from a lot of walking at the parks to come soak in the hot tub. The grill was free and charge no extra that was great also. I was in contact with the homeowner different times , and she was very quick to respond to anything. I highly recommend, and will definitely rent from her again five stars.
