This 10th-floor unit is large enough for a family gathering. The 3-bedroom 2-bath unit sleeps a total of 8, perfect for larger families. Two King Bedrooms make it perfect for two couples as well. Parking in the main garage is limited to two vehicles. Be sure to ask about our Private Reserved Parking Space upgrade as well!
In 2025, from March 1 through October 31, your rental includes TWO beach chairs with padded cushions and ONE large beach umbrellas, all set up for you each day on the beach.
For stays 28 days or fewer, you will receive one free admission to each of the 7 attractions on each day of your stay, including the day you check in and check out!

* After submitting your booking request, you will receive an email with a link to electronically sign our rental agreement and addendum. Please complete that right away, so that you don't lose your reservation request. We will accept the first reservation request that meets our criteria and completes all necessary paperwork.
* There will be a Registration Fee due about a week prior to arrival, payable directly to the resort. The fee is currently $60. This will also include one parking permit for the main garage. A second vehicle pass may be requested. Additional vehicles may be considered on an exception basis outside of peak season. There is a $60 fee for each additional vehicle. These fees are controlled by the resort and subject to change.

We have returned to this unit for many years and it never disappoints. It’s always super clean, has all the necessary kitchen items needed to cook at home, the beds are very comfortable and the furnishings are well kept. The management has been a joy to work with; they go above and beyond to ensure a smooth arrival and departure. The location being so close to Pier Park, once you’re settled upon arrival, no need to have to drive!!

This was our fourth trip to PCB and fourth different condo, this was the best. Very clean, well furnished, everything we needed. Calypso is in a prime part of PCB near Pier Park and lots of other stuff. Only negative, which had nothing to do with the condo, management or Calypso, is the number of people on the premisis trying to use the pool. Please consider your temperance for having lots of people around if you plan to visit in a peak month. The pool and beach would be very packed, causing some tempers to flare as everybody tried to get a chair or a space. Parking was ample, however, even for the large number of people staying in the buildings.

We have been coming to this unit for years and it never disappoints. The unit has all the necessary kitchen items for days you want to cook. The beds are very comfortable and the decor is great beach themed. The dining room table seats 6 comfortably and also has additional bar stool seating. The staff at the Tiki bar and the beach chair set up crew were so pleasant. The gals helping with the reservation were super helpful; the check-in and check-out process was so easy. We always enjoy being able to park your car during your stay and walk to Pier Park for restaurants and shopping just 5 minutes away.
