Why this property? I was looking for a winter home (from central Indiana) in Florida and when I arrived in Naples I knew this was this was the place! My wife and I enjoy walking and going to the beach, Old Naples was the perfect spot. While we are waiting for retirement, we decided to lease out our place so others can enjoy it.
