You won't ever want to leave this amazing two bedroom and two bathroom condo with beautiful floor to ceiling views of the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast! This condo looks over Tower 1 and its beautiful pool!
This 8th floor condo sleeps up to eight guests (up to 6 adults and 2 children) and features two full baths. The spacious master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV, and private master bath. In the second bedroom, you'll find a queen bed, flat-screen TV, built-in toddler bunks (children only) and this bedroom is connected to the second full bathroom with a toilet and shower/tub combo. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa, with an upgraded gel mattress for comfort.
If you love to cook or just want a great gathering space for the family, the kitchen and dining area is the perfect space for entertainment. Whether its for dinner or for family game night, there is a huge dining room table and bar seating, which is perfect for breakfast or a quick bite to eat. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including refrigerator, over/stove top and dishwasher.
Edgewater is a perfectly placed, centrally located resort along Panama City Beach, with tons of amenities in either direction. Pier Park is minutes to the west and St. Andrew’s State Park is to the east. There are plenty of local shopping and restaurants located close to Edgewater, including FireFly, Dee’s Hangout, among others located within walking distance.
For your convenience, this unit comes with a washer and dryer, Free WiFi, and 1 parking pass (additional parking passes can be purchased). Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is the only full-service resort in Panama City Beach.

Very clean and beautifully decorated condo with amazing views. Farah was a great host who communicated with us, but not overbearing. We never had any issues, but I am sure she would have assisted us if we needed anything. The resort itself is fantastic and we plan to return soon.
