The Salty Mermaid Team is excited to introduce our newest property, The Haven Unit 1 and Unit 2!

*This property requires a 7-night minimum stay. Arrival and departure days must fall on a Saturday*

When booking this listing, you will be reserving both Units at this Duplex.

Haverkos on Holmes- The Haven is a ground level duplex located in a peaceful residential area of the City of Holmes Beach. You can enjoy peace and quiet during your island vacation, while still being close to everything else that the city has to offer! Such as great local dining and island boutiques. As a bonus, this property is dog-friendly after paying the pet fee, so bring your buddies!

Also note that this property does not have central air, and instead it is cooled with window units and heated with space heaters during the colder months.

The Haven Unit 1 has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. It can sleep up to 4 guests, with a King-sized bed in the master bedroom and the living room offering a Queen-sized sleeper sofa. In the living room, you’ll find a large smart TV for all your streaming needs while you relax in comfort. This Units kitchen is equipped with the tools you’ll need to make home-cooked meals.

The Haven Unit 2 has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, it can sleep up to 6 guests. The master bedroom has a king bed, while the second bedroom offers 2 twin beds. In the living room, you’ll find a sleeper sofa for two. While lounging in this units living room make use of the large smart TV. Unit 2 also has a full kitchen that is equipped to help you prepare and cook some of your favorite meals.

This island rental even has a new heated pool for your enjoyment. You will find the entrance to this private getaway in the front of the property. Light up the gas grill and enjoy a cookout with family and friends in your own tropical oasis.

With brand-new window AC units and free Wi-Fi, you’re sure to enjoy this home’s comfortable décor.

Within a 5–7-minute stroll you will find the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Also within walking distance is the heart of Holmes Beach where you can find local restaurants and boutiques, no need to take the car! When not at the beach or enjoying a great meal at one of the island’s finest restaurants, you can lounge poolside and enjoy the tropical landscaping.

Included at this property are bikes, beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach wagon for your convenience.

There is also a Laundry room with washer and dryer.

*Florida Law requires an audible alarm to be installed on doors and windows that open to a pool area. The purpose of these alarms is to alert an adult if a child walks out to a pool area unattended. These alarms typically have a bypass button that allows the door to be opened for 7 seconds before the alarm goes off. These alarms must not be removed or tampered with in any way. Any evidence of tampering or damage to pool alarms will be billed to the credit card on file for the reservation.*

*Dogs are welcome, A $250+Tax Pet fee is required per pet, this is a separate fee paid directly to Salty Mermaid Real Estate after booking. Pets that are not disclosed to our office will result in additional cleaning charges to your reservation.

*The Fireplace in the living room is not for guest use*

*Check in time is 4pm on the day of your arrival, Check out time is 10am on the day of your departure. No early access or late departure is allowed unless special arrangements are made with our office, Our cleaning and Inspection team need time to ensure the rental is clean and safe for your stay*

*A starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, coffee & tea, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided at check-in. Also available if requested, while supplies last, is a toothbrush and sewing kit. Any additional items that you may need during your stay can be purchased at one of the local grocery stores.*
