Echo was just completed in April 2024. This newly constructed home is in a premier north Cape development on Monarch Beach Drive. A three-minute walk will take you to the glistening white sand beside the emerald waters of the Gulf. This fifteen mile west-facing peninsula in the panhandle of Florida offers amazing white sand beaches, emerald gulf waters and the highest dunes on the gulf coast. This home resides in the middle of the “north end” of Cape San Blas where the beaches face west and affords guests the benefit of amazing sunsets every evening. The TH Stone Memorial State Park and all its untouched tropical nature is just 2.5 miles north (a short bike or car ride). The town of Port St Joe is a twenty-minute drive where you will find plenty of restaurants, shopping, and a full-service marina.
