Parking is a breeze with the expansive concrete pad offering ample covered spaces and even room for your boat. After a day of sun and sand, rinse off in the hot/cold outdoor shower before firing up the propane grill for a coastal barbecue. Get the friendly competition going with lawn games like corn hole, ping-pong, bocce ball, and Connect 4, or load up the beach wagon provided for a sandy adventure. For added convenience, a beach wagon is also provided. Hot tub and pool are coming soon!

Additionally, we extend a warm welcome to furry companions as dogs are welcome at Latitude 30 Coastal Retreat. For your convenience, a dog bed, crate, and bowls are provided to ensure your four-legged friends' comfort during your stay.

Indoors, the first floor welcomes you with a king bedroom and a shared bath featuring a shower/tub combo, while the primary suite beckons with a lavish king bed and a deluxe en suite bath complete with double vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. With tall ceilings and a seamless flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas, this retreat exudes a sense of spacious comfort. Gather around the large kitchen island or the dining table that seats 8, boasting a fully stocked kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances and stone countertops.
