Top Floor:
On this level, you will discover two master bedrooms with king beds and private bathrooms with tiled showers and double vanities. Each master has a 50” smart TV. These two bedrooms have stunning Gulf views and share access to a spacious deck with high Adirondack chairs. There is a third king bedroom with a 50” smart TV. This king room has a shared Jack and Jill bathroom with a double vanity and tiled stand up shower. This bathroom is adjoined to the bunkroom which features twin over twin and twin over full bunkbeds with reading lights and a 43” Smart TV.
Second Floor:
Take in the breathtaking scenery while you cook, dine, and enjoy a cocktail. The expansive deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, adorned with high Adirondack chairs and outdoor dining table and chairs perfect for soaking in the picturesque views. The sunsets are second to none!
The well-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a standalone pantry. Comfortable seating for up to 13. The Dining table, along with additional seats at the oversized kitchen island, ensures ample space for gatherings. Whether in the living room or on the deck, there is plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to relax, socialize, enjoy entertainment, or simply take in the views.
Open floor Family room has a comfy couch and two loveseats with a 75” smart TV.
Additionally, this level features a Queen bedroom with a 43” smart TV. A private tub and single vanity bathroom. The laundry room is located on this floor equipped with a washer and dryer as well as a half bath/powder room.
Ground Floor and Pool Area:
On the Ground floor, you will find ample parking space for up to 6 vehicles, with the driveway accommodating a boat if necessary.
The amenities include a Private Gated Pool, which can be heated for an additional charge, four chaise pool loungers, an Outdoor Shower, half Bathroom, Fish Cleaning Sink, Grill, and an Outdoor Living Space with table and chairs.
Conveniently, the property is just a quick 30-second stroll to the neighborhood beach access, allowing easy access to the beautiful white sand beach and emerald Gulf waters.

About the owner: Our family lives in Marietta, Georgia. We absolutely love Cape San Blas. The laid back, relaxed area is second to none. The non crowded beaches and water are beautiful. The North end of Cape San Blas is our favorite place to be. It is a great family atmosphere. Once you visit you will want to book a future stay!

Why this property? Perfectly placed home on a first tier lot. 45 short steps to the boardwalk and unbelievable gulf views. Private pool and outdoor shower. Two master suites as well as a queen suite and two additional bedrooms with a jack and jill bathroom. Spacious decks overlooking the gulf. It's like being on the gulf without the gulf prices.

Couldn’t have asked for a better rental! The views were spectacular and perfect for your morning coffee. The beds were the best compared to other rentals we have had in the past. The walk to the beach was a breeze. No one in my family (12 of us) had a complaint!! We enjoyed going into Port St Joe to shop and grabbing lunch on one of the rainy days! Tons of shops and food options.
