About the host: We are local residents who love the beach and love our condo and rent on a limited basis only. We would like people who will come back year after year. Welcoming guests who would take care of our beautiful unit as their own and will enjoy it as much as we do. Please make it your home away from home and enjoy it as if it was your own.

Why this property? The spectacular view from the 15th floor is something you must experience. Since the hurricanes, our property has built a new seawall, pools, spas and beach access from the pool deck are open and ready for your enjoyment.

The sound of the ocean will lull you to sleep and because it is an end unit there is very little noise. The building is very quiet
