Half of rent/security deposit/cleaning fee due upon lease signing to secure the dates. Balance will be due 60 days before move in. Notice of cancellation must be received 30 days prior to move in date for 100% refund. No refund if cancellation less than 30 days. We advise tenant to obtain appropriate and comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for personal injury, illness or disease, and property damage or loss.

This oceanfront condo is perfect for seasonal rental, the two of us spent 5 months. It has just about every single thing you could want in the kitchen, and we cooked in quite a bit. Even a spice rack filled with many commonly used spices. Full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, lots of storage space. Full size stacked washer & dryer. More than adequate bath towels & beach towels. Two full-size sofas in the living room. A king bed in the primary bedroom, and queen bed in the guest bedroom. Two full bathrooms. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards. Good TV service and WiFi. This was such a comfortable and convenient home-away-from-home. I'm saving the best for last: Ocean views from this 4th floor balcony are amazing, can't be beat. I got up nearly every morning to witness the awesome sunrises (and you can see the sunsets from the west-facing windows/door.) We also loved watching the space launches right from our balcony...from Cape Kennedy/Canaveral up the coast. The beach is beautiful. Oh, and there are quite a few wonderful restaurants...for everyone's Vero Beach and Ft. Pierce...quick, easy drives from Hutchinson Island. We love the Ft. Pierce Farmer's Market; we went just about every Saturday morning during our stay. The area is quiet, the neighbors are friendly. There are community activities if you choose to participate. The condo owner quickly responded to our questions and few concerns; it makes a difference that she lives locally. She went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. We're unable to spend the winter of '24/'25, but definitely hope to return again. Don and Janet, Reminderville, Ohio
