Justin, hailing from the bustling city of Rochester, NY, found himself immersed in the vibrant atmosphere of Orlando, Florida, pursuing his college education. Meanwhile, Jenni was navigating life as a student in the quiet charm of a small town in Southern Ohio.

Their paths crossed in a twist of fate one October weekend, when Jenni made a spontaneous decision to fly down to Jacksonville, FL, to lend a helping hand to her sister and niece, who were in the midst of a move prompted by her brother-in-law's Navy assignment.

Coincidentally, Justin had also chosen that very same weekend to visit his high school friend in Jacksonville. But fate had a different plan in mind. Their worlds collided when Jenni's sister accidentally merged into Justin's lane, resulting in a minor accident that led them to pull over into the nearest plaza, awaiting the arrival of the authorities.

As they waited, their chance encounter blossomed into something more profound. Justin and Jenni found themselves drawn to each other, sharing stories and conversation for what felt like mere moments, yet in reality, it was an hour that changed the course of their lives forever.

Our New Spot on the Beach at PCB

So many positives to our stay at PCB Yelleville with zero negatives.To start, the location , location, location was fantastic. Right on the beach (which included beach chairs), access to Bikini Bob’s where you can grab a yummy cheeseburger and a cocktail, walking distance to stores, shops and restaurants and we were just a short Uber ride to Treasure Island Marina where we took a trip on the Sea Screamer for a morning dolphin cruise.The condo itself is very spacious with beautiful decor, new appliances and super clean with very comfy beds. Justin and Jenni were wonderful hosts who provided great detail and communication throughout the rental process.Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We definitely plan on booking again soon as we think we have found our perfect spot!!

Loved our stay!

We love staying at this place and was very excited to come across this rental. The pictures are exactly how it looks in person. The owners are super nice and replied back to emails in a timely manner. The location is perfect, and the view was even better! Our balcony was directly over the 2 pools and the view of the ocean was breathtaking. We love staying here because there is so much to do at the condo that you really don't have to leave. 2 pools, hot tub, tiki bar, pool tables, gym....etc. We hope to visit again very soon!
