Villa Dragonfly welcomes up to 6 guests in East Cape Coral. This vacation home sits directly at the saltwater canal – while the Gulf of Mexico is only a short boat ride away. The amenities leave nothing to be desired, either. A beautiful garden graces the exterior, and inside, guests enjoy large, fully air-conditioned rooms. Plenty of natural light, tasteful deco elements and elegant furniture will make you feel right at home.

3 bedrooms are available. Two of them feature king-size beds; the third one is equipped with a queen-size bed. In addition, all bedrooms come with curtains, window blinds and their own TV. You want to take a dip right after waking up? No problem. Two bedrooms connect directly to the lanai.

Extra-space and comfort await you in the master bathroom, adjacent to the master bedroom. This wellness oasis comes complete with a toilet, shower, two lavatories and a bathtub. The second bedroom has a small bathroom with lavatory and toilet. In addition, there is a third bathroom that can be accessed from the lanai – saving you the detour through the living area.

If you like swimming, you will love the villa´s pool. It offers plenty of space, electric heating and beautiful canal views. Also located in the lanai are sunbeds, a dining table for your whole family, a lounge area with TV and a gas grill that you are welcome to use. Or how about relaxing indoors? Comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV grace the living area. Here, you will also find an arcade machine, so you can challenge your guests to exciting duels.

Preparing meals at Villa Dragonfly is easy. This house features a kitchen with all the amenities you need on vacation. Oven, stove plates, microwave and dishwasher are accompanied by a large refrigerator. Of course, the kitchen provides enough dishware and cutlery. Whether you want to have a quick bite or enjoy dinner with your whole family – thanks to two dining tables and a kitchen counter with bar stools, you can freely choose where to eat.

A perfect place for outdoor fans is the villa´s boat dock. Sunbeds overlook the canal, and in the evening, you can enjoy a cold drink under the Tiki Hut. How about a boat ride? Only 2 miles separate Villa Dragonfly from the Gulf of Mexico. This way, you can get to beautiful vacation spots like Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Island in no time. Afterwards, an electric boat lift keeps your vessel safe and dry.

The convenience does not stop there. Villa Dragonfly is located in a quiet, yet central neighborhood. All of Cape Coral´s important spots are within reach. 2.5 miles to the north, Walmart Supercenter offers everything you need on vacation. The next Publix is right next door, and if you prefer German supermarkets, simply drive 5 minutes to ALDI. Nearby Del Prado Boulevard features a wide selection of restaurants. Looking for things to do? No problem. If you want to explore Florida´s mangroves on a walk, you can reach Four Mile Cove Preserve in just 7 minutes. Cape Coral´s public beach is 15 minutes away, and 5 miles to the north, you will find two more highlights: Sun Splash Waterpark and Gator Mike´s Family Fun Park provide exciting activities for hours. Thanks to the nearby Midpoint Bridge, trips to Fort Myers are no problem, either.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES:
1. The use of the boat dock and the boat lift (if available) is only allowed for insurance reasons when renting boats from Vacation in Florida Inc. House customers will receive a 10 % coupon via e-mail after booking for our offers on
2. The price does not include electricity consumption. Electricity consumption will be charged after departure with 15ct. per Kwh. Consumption varies depending on the time of year as well as the use of the pool heater and air conditioning. The average cost of electricity per week is $35-$50.
3. Cleaning of the grill is not included in the cleaning fee. We ask you to clean the grill yourself after use. Cleaning by our cleaning team will be charged with additional $50. We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper, detergent and garbage bags free of charge for the first 2-3 days of your stay.
4. In case of a cancellation, we charge a handling fee of 5% on the payment amount already made. This fee is automatically offset against the refund.
5. The personal on-site check-in usually takes place the day after your arrival between 9:00 - 11:00 am and it is mandatory. The person who made the booking must be present in person and must be able to identify himself/herself (identity card).
