The Briar sleeps up to 10 very comfortably with an open concept large main area, soaring ceilings and a walk out to the private pool. Wall to wall sliders fill the living room with sunlight and beckon you to come out and relax in the large heated pool or comfortable patio set nearby.
The Dining Room Table is nicely arranged with seating for six and high tops can sit the rest of your group, comfortably next to it.
The open concept design makes preparing meals easy and fun and the large space can accommodate extra cooks in the kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy your meals on vacation and custom cabinets, provide more than enough space for your groups needs. The laundry room is set directly off of the kitchen for added convenience. This space has a full-size washer and dryer and plenty of room to sort and fold your laundry.
When craving some privacy, the bedrooms are tucked away for a private space to retreat. Each of the five bedrooms has its own unique charm . Featuring beach-themed accents, comfortable and clean linens and large windows for lots of natural light.
The main bedroom has a comfortable king-size mattress on a lovely bed frame, high ceilings, and walls of windows that overlook the pool. This main bath features double sinks, a walk-in shower behind glass doors, storage space, and calm ocean-themed tones, to soothe you into vacation mode.
Bedroom # 2 has two twin beds and features wicker furniture and a roomy closet.
Bedroom # 3 has a queen-size bed and locally inspired artwork decorates the walls. A modern dresser completes this room, which is just steps from the bathroom.
Bedroom #4 has two twin beds and eye catching color is sprinkled throughout.
Bedroom #5 is designed to be a quiet and peaceful retreat, furtherest from the main living space, with two more twin beds.
Grill on the back patio, watch the kids swim in the pool, bask in the sunshine or chill out in the shade. This huge lanai has it all, with meal seating at the outdoor table for 10. The lushness of Florida's nature surrounds you, creating the ultimate vacation feel and private experience.
This home provides the best of both vacation worlds, relax and sit in the sun and/or stay active while playing pickleball, tennis and more!
