I have been there 2 years in a row, both times in july. Have really enjoyed the place. Some of my family is with me part of the time. Really looking forward to this year as the balcony was not able to be used last year.Was being redone from damage from hurricane. Enjoy being in contact with Barry the owner.

Our vacation was awesome at Sand Dollar. Mr Rothberg was wonderful to deal with and very accommodating to our needs. The Condo had everything we needed. It was clean and very cozy. We loved our condo. Unit 205. We had some issues with the hall tile cracking but that was a problem with building not the owner or rental place. Will most likely rent there again next year

Our stay was very nice. Agree furnishings need to be updated. Explained to owner that mattresses were very uncomfortable and need replaced. Mr and Mrs Rothberg were wonderful owners to work with on our trip. Very pleasant and accommodating. Would love to work with them in the future. Thank you to the Rothberg’s for allowing us to stay in your second home.

We really enjoyed our months stay. The owner (Barry) had the condo in great shape and well supplied. We were oceanfront on the sixth floor with a nice large balcony and a lot of sunshine. The Sand Dollar condo has an underground parking lot that keeps your vehicle secure and clean. A big asset to the condo is their maintenance man Ed as he is always willing to answer any questions. The manager Mickey is also very helpful. There are several restaurants and a nice grocery within walking distance.

I can’t believe how many years I came to Daytona and stayed in a hotel. I discovered that for about the same amount of money, in stead of a room, I got 2 bedrooms, two baths, a den & full kitchen. All of the appliances are brand new and the kitchen has everything, even a popcorn popper and George Forman grill. The balcony is so huge, we often ate out on it. We loved it so much, we have already made our reservations for next year.

We love staying at this condo; roomy, huge balcony compared to hotels, right on the beach, the kitchen faces the ocean for the evenings I cooked dinner. The last time we were there, there were some new appliances, the doors to the balcony actually work well; the owners take good care of the condo. So a pleasure to cook in! But if we wanted to go out, there are many great restaurants close by. We love the location; Daytona Beach Shores is south Daytona Beach, not as crazy as Daytona Beach, which we prefer. The beach itself is gorgeous, the sand perfect & easy to walk on. We will be going back soon I hope!

This 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms condo was perfect for our month stay. We have been staying at the SandDollar condos for years now and always come back for the location of the condo close to everything and more important it is like being at home with the view of the ocean and the weather condition in Daytona Beach.
