Our exquisite, tastefully decorated and perfectly maintained 2-bedroom and 2 full bath condo is perfect for your family and friends up to 6 people. We are on the top floor, and you will hear no noise from above! There are two double beds in the Master Bedroom with a walk-in closet and ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin.
Our outside balcony is a wonderful screened-in sitting area. Lots of convenient parking and an elevator will whisk you up to your comfortable vacation home.
Besides all of the world-renowned attractions, theme parks and restaurants our resort has a movie theatre, pickle ball, basketball, mini putt, water park and slide with water dump bucket and offers you excitement, style and comfort during those hectic vacation days.
Gated community with large heated pool , water park, exercise room, ping pong, pool tables, video games, 40 seat theatre, 2 playgrounds, tennis, volleyball, basketball, and miniature golfing on site and guest services to help with local attractions. 2018 new slides with no additional fee like other resorts.

About the host: We know how to vacation in Florida! Raising three boys, this condo resort and area was a perfect fit for both activities and relaxation.
Although from the north, we have family throughout Florida and often visit the world famous (drive/park onto) Daytona Beach (a wonderful day trip 90 mins and I can guide you on that).
We also know that as a family, you are keeping your budget in mind whilst trying to have that perfect vacation. We believe that we have your solution! We are priced reasonable and you will certainly have value for money here.
Why this property? We chose this property for many reasons. We wanted to be close to family and area attractions, and most important, safety! This property is gated with guards 24 hours and has excellent and friendly staff. Windsor Hills resort is a 5 stars and 2 miles from Disney and approximately 20 minutes from Universal. The property is well maintained with many amenities with no resort fees and no parking fees.

We stayed at this gorgeous condo resort for a week with my family and had a most comfortable and peaceful stay. The bedrooms were perfect for our family and I loved the separate full master bedroom ensuite. The kids had their own bathroom. The furnishings are very comfortable and upscale! Let me tell you, after a day at Disney or Universal, you need a great place to return to in order to relax and recharge! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to minimize take out and save money. The hosts: Joanne and Paul were very organized, responsive and very easy to deal with. Their efforts ensured a trouble free stay! The amenities at Windsor Hills are fabulous! We loved the pool, outdoor hot tub, games room and surroundings. We felt very safe being in a gated and secured community. It is so wonderful there, I may be thinking of owning a property there myself. Again, thank you Joanne and Paul for the use of your condo, we really appreciated your hospitality and hope to see you again very soon! :)

Ron and Pat H.Clean,family friendly 4th floor condo with a beautiful pool and water park near Disney.
This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in Windsor Hills off of Old Lake Wilson Road, in Kissimmee Florida. Close to Wal-Mart and many restaurants (Black Angus Steak House is a well keep secret but great place to eat). Great for long term rental (3 months) walking within the gated community is a great get away from the snow up north in the winter months. Other visitors tend to be very friendly. Security is a bit like entering Fort Knox but makes us feel safe. The balcony gets sun all day. Great for a relaxing cup of tea or coffee in the morning. Kitchen is adequately supplied for cooking in if you wish. Washer and dryer are a nice amenity. We are repeat renters and Joanne and Paul have been a pleasure to rent from, quick to respond if there is a problem. Try this unit we think you will love it as much as we do.
