Inside the home, you'll find four bedrooms to accommodate your family. Bedroom 1 offers a King bed with attached Bathroom, Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, Bedroom 3 features another Queen bed, and Bedroom 4 is perfect for kids with a Twin over Full Bunk Bed, a Twin Trundle Bed, and two fold-out chair mattresses. In total, the house comfortably sleeps 10 guests in beds, with additional kid- friendly bedding options available, including a Pack n' Play. We've thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable for the whole family.

A stroller, highchair, and kids' dinnerware are provided for your convenience.

All linens and towels, including beach towels, are also included.

The fully equipped kitchen is a highlight of the home. It boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of place settings. Kid-friendly dinnerware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, a toaster, blender, instapot, and
coffee maker with complimentary coffee, filters, and creamer are all at your disposal.

A gas grill with a propane tank is provided for outdoor cooking. Please note that we do not refill the tank, but you're welcome to exchange it at a local gas station or Home Depot for around $20.

There are several dining options available. Enjoy a quick bite at the kitchen counter with 2 stools, gather around the dining room table that seats 6, or have a cozy breakfast at the high-top table with 4 stools. Out by the pool, you'll find an outdoor sofa and an outdoor dining area that seats 6.

We've got you covered for entertainment as well. Take advantage of the provided cards, board games, and pool toys. If you're in the mood for some beach fun, we've got you covered with beach chairs, a cooler bag, umbrella and sand toys. For those who enjoy fishing, there are fishing rods and a basic tackle box provided for you to use at the nearby sandy beaches or right in the backyard.

We offer self-check-in, eliminating the need for an on-site key handover. Detailed check-in instructions are sent to quests 24 hours prior to their arrival. Each quest is assigned a unique door code, granting them access to the home throughout their stay.
