Just 2 miles from the beach, our cottage is the ideal location for you to enjoy the sand between your toes, without paying premium beach front prices. Our cottage has so much to offer. It sits on a beautiful piece of property offering you the privacy needed to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday responsibilities. While staying at The Cottage, you can enjoy the warm Florida weather from either the front or back porch. On the front porch you will find our grill, a covered dining area, an open deck to sit and relax, get some sun, play some games or enjoy a quiet afternoon on the pergola swing. On our back porch you can enjoy a meal under the shade of the umbrella, sit by the fire pit and spend time reconnecting or challenge each other to a game of corn hole. If you’d like to enjoy the neighborhood, you can take a stroll on the bikes and see the beautiful homes in our area. Inside we have a dedicated work space that can be closed off with our beautiful French doors, for privacy and quiet. Each room has its own Smart TV that is set up with Fast, FREE WiFi so you can stream your favorite channels by logging into your accounts. Take a step into our family room turned game room where we have a Wii system that has everything you need for your chance to sing karaoke, rock out on the guitars or drums, shoot “arrows”, and so much more. We also have many board games in there for hours of fun. Our Cottage is also conveniently situated near grocery stores, restaurants and endless outdoor opportunities to enjoy our beautiful city. We look forward to hosting you next trip and providing you the ideal place to make memories.

Guests have full access to the entire house. We have 2 owners closets that are locked.

We communicate strictly through Airbnb so please have the app downloaded on your phone. We are always available for anything you might need.

We live just a few miles away and are available for any questions or problems. Functional smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and first aid kit in the house.
Hospitals are minutes away if needed.

Safe Neighborhood just 2 miles to world renowned Anna Maria Island Beaches. Please respect quiet time and the neighbors.

There is a free trolley that goes up and down Anna maria island and a bus comes to every stop every 20 minutes.
There are 26 stops in total on the island so you can get anywhere. FREE!

Download the "mystop" app and click on manatee county to get real time updates on bus expected arrival times.

If staying in the area, we do suggest renting a vehicle.
