The kitchen is fully equipped for all one's culinary needs and there is also a grill in the pool patio area for barbecuing.
Lounge and relax in the cooling saltwater pool or gather next to the mesmerizing fire table on the outdoor patio set. The lanai and pool cage area has just been re-screened with "no-see-em screening". Enjoy dining at the outdoor tables in the evenings if desired. The nature preserve abuts the backyard of Dreamscape where a variety of wildlife can be viewed. The house offers a garage to house your vehicle while also storing bikes for the whole family to enjoy.
Rotonda offers a bike trail and other outdoor activities such as fishing, golfing, playgrounds and nature trails. Dreamscape is situated in between two vacant lots of guaranteeing one's privacy.
