We had a great time staying here. Two adults and 3 kids, spacious and very clean. Well decorated and well stocked. Great balcony. Very walkable, small park nearby where teen-ager played basketball and we could watch the sunrise. We walked the other way in the the evening to watch the sunset. Great place!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! Check in/out was so easy. The location was perfect for exploring AMI. We especially loved the short walks to the beach, beach equipment, deck space, and super comfy king bed in the master. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed walking around. We had a wonderful stay at the 24th Street location. It was clean, amenities matched what was listed, and communication with Anchor Down was great. Easy walk to the beach with all the beach items we needed, including a wagon to transport. The Bradenton Beach was peaceful - not crowded at all - and was exactly what we were looking for. We did go to Bean Point and Manatee Beach, but Bradenton Beach served our needs just fine. Thanks for a great vacay

Kristi's place was exactly as described. Kristi was quick to respond to all inquiries and questions and the home was not only in immaculate condition but the kitchen was spacious and it was in the perfect location (just 2 blocks from the beach). Also we were working during our stay and really appreciated having two desks (one in each bedroom) to take meetings. Overall, would definitely stay here again!

The house was very nice and comfortable. The kitchen renovation was fantastic and supplied everything you would need. There was spices, baggies and plenty of cleaning supplies. The small touches that make it such an easy stay. Everything you would need was there for you - beach chairs, towels etc). Kristi was quick to respond to any questions. We loved it!!

Kristi’s place was perfectly located near the beach, had a beautiful interior, and a lovely balcony with a grill. The inside and amenities were accurately described. The beach equipment provided was fantastic. There was a cart, speaker, beach chairs, and so many great supplies that make for an amazing full day at the beach. The beach was family friendly, and the neighborhood was quiet at night. Great and responsive communication. Overall, wonderful place to stay if looking for a fun vacation on Anna Maria Island.

Fantastic rental! Great location right between the gulf and bay side, only a few min walk to each. We enjoyed the large porch to relax and having all of the beach supplies necessary was nice as well.

The place was super clean, and in great shape! Communication with the management company was seamless. Pretty much any rental on AMI is walking distance to the beach - this place is less than 4 (short) blocks. We walked every day with kids, and totally side-stepped the parking issues. Renting a golf cart helps, as there are a lot more parking options on the island, FYI. I didn't read the listing to carefully, but was pleasantly surprised by a lot of the amenities - there are two coffee makers, a Pack-and-Play, board games, beach supplies in the garage, and a really well-stocked kitchen (spices, sugar, oil, etc.). We even used the BBQ, which is a really nice Weber gas grill. That made cooking really easy. All the living spaces are remodeled, which is awesome. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location two blocks from the beach. Provides all the amenities needed (beach cart, towels, cooler, umbrella, tommy Bahamas chairs). Has YouTube tv. Very clean. Perfect for a couple but sleeps 6. Has washer and dryer in unit. Nice deck with couches. Has grill but didn’t use. You need a car to get to restaurants as they are scattered on island. Would definitely stay again. Kristi responds promptly to any questions we had.

House was WONDERFUL! Everything we needed and super great decor. The master bed is SOOO comfortable! We had a really amazing stay.

Kristi's place was more beautiful in person! My mom and I visited AMI for the week, and this place did not disappoint! First of all, the location cannot be beat. The beach was closer than I thought it would be from looking at the map, so that was perfect to be a minute walk to the beach. The home has everything you need for a day at the beach. There is also everything you may need to cook. If you prefer to go out, there are plenty of restaurants just a short drive away. The host was also very responsive for any of my questions. Overall, we loved our stay and no negatives other than having to leave! 10/10 would recommend and would stay again!!

This place was just magical for our family to end summer vacation. Loved the distance to water!! We walked to see sunsets and our son was able to go fishing by the river. Kitchen has everything you need. Bathrooms don’t have shampoo/ conditioners or hair dryer please pack your own. There is plenty of towels/ sheets/ blankets. We were so comfortable and wished we could have stayed longer. Will come back again.

I stayed at this property for a week. Half the time was with a group of friends and then the other half was with my family. This property was in a great location and had modern decor and comfortable furnishings. The kitchen was well equipped and there was beach chairs and toys in the garage. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this spot!

So, this was our first time using a VRBO and we hit the jackpot. We had 2 other families that were also staying in the area and they all ended up hanging out at our place due to the roominess of our place and the close proximity to the beach. The beach was absolutely beautiful. My teen daughter and her friend took some amazing sunset pictures. The beach was only a few blocks away so the walk was easy. If you have little ones you do have to cross a busy road but the patrons are pretty friendly and will stop for you. There was also Holmes Beach which was private and Manatee Beach which was public which were also very close. We did rent a golf cart to go to Anna Marie island but you could always ride bikes. It will probably take about 20 minutes by bike unless you are a fast rider. There are also free trolleys. There was a nice kayak ramp close by that went to the inter coastal waters that were much smoother. As far as the condo itself, it was nicely decorated and very roomy. The one bedroom had a walk in closet and a king size bed with a TV in the room and the other bedroom had 2 beds which were perfect for my teenage daughter and her friend. It had an attached bathroom for them and we had our own with a tub and shower. The appliances and kitchen were top notch and well stocked and everything was very clean. There is a nice family area with another TV and a balcony with seating. In the garage you will find some beach chairs, an umbrella and a boogie board. In the condo they do provide beach towels. There is a book that talks about the various activities and talks about the condo. I highly suggest reading this. It will answer a lot of your questions and give you some ideas for restaurants, excursions etc…Our family and the visiting ones went to Rod and Reel Pier where you can fish off the pier while you are waiting for your food. We also went to the very kid friendly Ugly Grouper. My husband said it was the best grouper he has had. We had a party of 21 and everyone enjoyed it. There are kid games and a solo singer that does some great songs. Long wait times but they do go fast. Finally, on Anna Marie itself, we went to only 2 places, the Sandbar and Mademoiselles creperie.. The Sandbar is right on the beach and is a very happening place so while you are waiting for your table you can hang at their beach. Madamoiselles is a few door down and is a creperie with amazing crepes. We ate there twice . Loved it both times. The staff was very friendly.

The second bathroom toilet float sticks sometimes preventing the tank from refilling. Not a major problem. Overall, we loved our stay. Highly recommend it!!

This is a fantastic unit. Well decorated with everything needed to make your Anna Maria Island stay just right! This includes the gas grill on the porch overlooking the sound, which made for some great outdoor evenings (fresh grilled grouper on multiple nights!). The property manager communicated regularly before and during the trip. Also just a very short walk to the beach - right there!!

Recently stayed in the 24th Ave Beach House and was SO pleasantly surprised with how nice it was!!! Upon entering, you are greeted with a clean, open and nicely decorated first level (really 2nd because it’s elevated) unit. The family room is comfy, the kitchen is very adequate, a nice dining area, laundry room and two very clean and uncluttered bedrooms with separate bathrooms!! Really great for our 8 night stay!! Kristi the property manager was easy to reach and checked on me before arrival and was available for questions. I only had one-where is the silverware?!? Lol! It’s there!! The public beach is two short blocks and the neighborhood was quiet and filled with other friendly sun seekers enjoying the perfect weather!! We will recommend and definitely come back!! Try Vinnys Italian Grocery Store up north for pizza, wine, takeout or dine in! All homemade!! And the best coffee shop, Northshore Coffee for an iced latte with oat milk while you sit in Adirondack chairs and watch the fish jump in the water area! Their avocado toast is soooooo yummy!! We also did stand up paddle boarding with Salty Buddha Paddle and Yoga! Such a fun day and I was actually able to stand up fairly quickly and paddle for the 90 minute tour!!! Enjoy your time on the Island!!!

This house is a perfect beach house for a nice vacation escape. The entire house is updated and has everything that you’ll need for a day at the beach (chairs, towels, beach dolly and more) as well as all house linens. It’s also located just a few blocks from the gulf beach which was a super easy walk. And close to all the restaurants and shops. The balcony was very relaxing to chill out and watch the sunrise over the bay. We’ll definitely be back after falling in love with AMI this trip.

Great location two blocks from the beach. Provides all the amenities needed (beach cart, towels, cooler, umbrella, tommy Bahamas chairs). Has YouTube tv. Very clean. Perfect for a couple but sleeps 6. Has washer and dryer in unit. Nice deck with couches. Has grill but didn’t use. You need a car to get to restaurants as they are scattered on island. Would definitely stay again. Kristi responds promptly to any questions we had.

Great place to stay! Convenient to everything. Check in easy, a binder with all the information and location recommendations. They provided some beach chairs to use and other beach items. House was WONDERFUL! Everything we needed and super great decor. The master bed is SOOO comfortable! We had a really amazing stay.

Kristi's place was more beautiful in person! My mom and I visited AMI for the week, and this place did not disappoint! First of all, the location cannot be beat. The beach was closer than I thought it would be from looking at the map, so that was perfect to be a minute walk to the beach. The home has everything you need for a day at the beach. There is also everything you may need to cook. If you prefer to go out, there are plenty of restaurants just a short drive away. The host was also very responsive for any of my questions. Overall, we loved our stay and no negatives other than having to leave! 10/10 would recommend and would stay again!!

Great Location, 2 min walk to the beach. Place is immaculate and it has everything you need. Common areas are very spacious. Would definitely stay here again on my next Anna Maria Island visit.

This Airbnb is amazing!! The beach access was supper easy and the equipment offered is perfect! Very close to all things on the island. Wonderful neighborhood for morning walks and very friendly neighbors. This is definitely a must stay!

This place was just magical for our family to end summer vacation. Loved the distance to water!! We walked to see sunsets and our son was able to go fishing by the river. Kitchen has everything you need. Bathrooms don’t have shampoo/ conditioners or hair dryer please pack your own. There is plenty of towels/ sheets/ blankets. We were so comfortable and wished we could have stayed longer. Will come back again.

I stayed at this property for a week. Half the time was with a group of friends and then the other half was with my family. This property was in a great location and had modern decor and comfortable furnishings. The kitchen was well equipped and there was beach chairs and toys in the garage. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this spot!

So, this was our first time using a VRBO and we hit the jackpot. We had 2 other families that were also staying in the area and they all ended up hanging out at our place due to the roominess of our place and the close proximity to the beach. The beach was absolutely beautiful. My teen daughter and her friend took some amazing sunset pictures. The beach was only a few blocks away so the walk was easy. If you have little ones you do have to cross a busy road but the patrons are pretty friendly and will stop for you. There was also Holmes Beach which was private and Manatee Beach which was public which were also very close. We did rent a golf cart to go to Anna Marie island but you could always ride bikes. It will probably take about 20 minutes by bike unless you are a fast rider. There are also free trolleys. There was a nice kayak ramp close by that went to the inter coastal waters that were much smoother. As far as the condo itself, it was nicely decorated and very roomy. The one bedroom had a walk in closet and a king size bed with a TV in the room and the other bedroom had 2 beds which were perfect for my teenage daughter and her friend. It had an attached bathroom for them and we had our own with a tub and shower. The appliances and kitchen were top notch and well stocked and everything was very clean. There is a nice family area with another TV and a balcony with seating. In the garage you will find some beach chairs, an umbrella and a boogie board. In the condo they do provide beach towels. There is a book that talks about the various activities and talks about the condo. I highly suggest reading this. It will answer a lot of your questions and give you some ideas for restaurants, excursions etc…Our family and the visiting ones went to Rod and Reel Pier where you can fish off the pier while you are waiting for your food. We also went to the very kid friendly Ugly Grouper. My husband said it was the best grouper he has had. We had a party of 21 and everyone enjoyed it. There are kid games and a solo singer that does some great songs. Long wait times but they do go fast. Finally, on Anna Marie itself, we went to only 2 places, the Sandbar and Mademoiselles creperie.. The Sandbar is right on the beach and is a very happening place so while you are waiting for your table you can hang at their beach. Madamoiselles is a few door down and is a creperie with amazing crepes. We ate there twice . Loved it both times. The staff was very friendly.

My family loved the location and the property. We were a very short walk to the beach and a park. The beach is beautiful. Our boys enjoyed going to the basketball court every evening. The second bathroom toilet float sticks sometimes preventing the tank from refilling. Not a major problem. Overall, we loved our stay. Highly recommend it!!

Our family had a wonderful stay as the house had easy access to the beach and trolley but was also a few blocks off the main drag in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The house had everything we needed and was modern and comfortable. Exactly what you expect from an idyllic vacation rental on Anna Maria Island!

We had a great experience with our rental. It was exactly as described and worked great for our group of 6. We had everything we needed and we were so close to the beach and the bay. The condo was clean and the amenities met all of our needs. The property manager was very responsive to our questions and to the small issues that come up. Would highly recommend and we will be back!

This is a fantastic unit. Well decorated with everything needed to make your Anna Maria Island stay just right! This includes the gas grill on the porch overlooking the sound, which made for some great outdoor evenings (fresh grilled grouper on multiple nights!). The property manager communicated regularly before and during the trip. Also just a very short walk to the beach - right there!!

Recently stayed in the 24th Ave Beach House and was SO pleasantly surprised with how nice it was!!! Upon entering, you are greeted with a clean, open and nicely decorated first level (really 2nd because it’s elevated) unit. The family room is comfy, the kitchen is very adequate, a nice dining area, laundry room and two very clean and uncluttered bedrooms with separate bathrooms!! Really great for our 8 night stay!! Kristi the property manager was easy to reach and checked on me before arrival and was available for questions. I only had one-where is the silverware?!? Lol! It’s there!! The public beach is two short blocks and the neighborhood was quiet and filled with other friendly sun seekers enjoying the perfect weather!! We will recommend and definitely come back!! Try Vinnys Italian Grocery Store up north for pizza, wine, takeout or dine in! All homemade!! And the best coffee shop, Northshore Coffee for an iced latte with oat milk while you sit in Adirondack chairs and watch the fish jump in the water area! Their avocado toast is soooooo yummy!! We also did stand up paddle boarding with Salty Buddha Paddle and Yoga! Such a fun day and I was actually able to stand up fairly quickly and paddle for the 90 minute tour!!! Enjoy your time on the Island!!!

Beautiful beach house that is a short walk to the beach . They have YouTube tv which took us a little bit of time to get used to but by the end of the stay we loved it! They are lacking in beverage glasses but everything else was wonderful!!!

Loved the Beach House which was in great condition and as presented in the listing. The location can't be beat for convenience to the beach and the island trolley as well as a relaxing, quiet neighborhood feel day-to-day. We'll be back!

This house is a perfect beach house for a nice vacation escape. The entire house is updated and has everything that you’ll need for a day at the beach (chairs, towels, beach dolly and more) as well as all house linens. It’s also located just a few blocks from the gulf beach which was a super easy walk. And close to all the restaurants and shops. The balcony was very relaxing to chill out and watch the sunrise over the bay. We’ll definitely be back after falling in love with AMI this trip.
