This was the Best place and location ever! We enjoyed all the house had to offer. Movie nights and music videos by the pool were amazing family fun!! Enjoyed walking to the bay for sunrise in our pjs and chilling at the gulf beach until sunset. Stops by the pier for to go dinner on our way back to the house. Honestly the Best family vacation ever for older and younger ages!

This property was one of our favorite stays of late. Great location, easy to get to anything. Close to beaches and the pool was great to hang at while our youngest was napping. We decided to get a golf cart which was a perfect addition. Highly recommend this place!

Bay dreamin was a fantastic home for our family of 4 including a 6 month baby. The pool was perfect and we were walking distance to pine st. We finally made it to manatee beach on our last day and it was beautiful ! I will note there was construction, it did not wake up our kids but it was noticeable when out by the pool. We would definitely come back to AMI and stay at this lovely house !

We had a fantastic time at AMI! The house is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The location is phenomenal - right across from the beach. The house was super clean when we arrived, the furnishings are new and of exquisite elegance. Kristi - our contact person - is a very pleasant communication partner and always answered our questions very quickly (literally within minutes). In summary: a great accommodation in a beautiful place with super-friendly and responsive landlords. We will definitely be back :-)

We can't say enough about this property. Directly across the street from the Bay and beach. Close to Pine Street and a lot of great restaurants. Lovely pool and hot tub in the backyard with a garage full of pool and beach toys, a wagon and chairs. The house was very clean and well equipped. What a wonderful vacation we had! The property manager (Benjamin) was great before travel, very responsive and always available. Highly recommend this property.

Bay Dreaming is better than the Airbnb listing describes. The home is well laid out, beautiful, and very clean. We enjoyed the pool much more than we expected to (it looks small in the pictures, but was perfect for the group of 6-8 we had). The hot tub was also very to warm up or cool down. We had an issue with a doorknob falling off to the balcony and a piece of siding flailing off the home, but Anchor Down responded immediately to fix it. The kitchen is stunning and was well equipped to make dinner a couple times while we stayed. As far as the location, we walked directly across the street to the AMI beach - which never seemed crowded. We were within .2 miles of one side of Pine Avenue and rented bikes to easily get around to further locations. This home is definitely on the sleepier side of AMI, but we had no issues even a group of adults in their 20’s having fun! We would absolutely stay here again.

This house is very spacious and well thought of. The interior is amazing, everything has its functions and it could easily fit large groups of people. I really enjoyed the shower outside after using the pool and hot tub. Host was amazing as well, I would recommend this to anyone. Also would recommend renting golf carts, those are fun to drive around the island.

Place was great! Location was perfect and walking distance to town and beach and short drive to grocery store. Small parks close by. Very kid friendly. Garage full of beach toys, pool floats and a wagon. Pool was kept nice and warm.The bathroom and laundry off the garage was very convenient. There was a pack n play with sheets but no other baby furnishing like high chair. The bathrooms and bedrooms were gorgeous and comfortable. No shower toiletries other than small soap bar and only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 roll of paper towel for kitchen. We bought extra but ended up being just fine for 4 nights. Just note that the top bunk mattress was same height as guard rail so not very safe for a child to actually sleep on. Overall our family had an amazing time and would do it again :)

The perfect place to stay in Anna Maria, we absolutely loved our time at the home and Kristi was an amazing host. She is thoughtful, accommodating and quick to respond. The house is located across from the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants and stores. The pool and yard are beautiful and private. The interior is clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. It is a great place to stay and we would certainly return if ever in Anna Maria again.

The home was absolutely stunning! The kitchen and pantry were amazing, the layout of the home was inspiring and everything we could ask for! Loved the location, we could drive to the golf side within 2-3min, we could walk to a restaurant and coffee and the pier or the trolley stop!

We had a great time. The house was clean. Well equipped. AnchorDown management was very responsive. Two couples. We Ubered from the airport and had them drop 2 of us off at Beach Bums where we rented a golf cart for the week. Beach Bums is 2 minutes from the house. We also rented 4 beach chairs for the week. (There was some beach items in the garage as well). The beach on the bay side (which is what you see out the front door) is not great and was much more windy than the gulf side.
