You don't even have to get in your car to see some incredible sights and find a fun full-day activity for you to do with your partner, kids, or friends!

Luckily for you, we offer a picturesque and spacious one-bedroom unit that can fit 4 people in this safe and picturesque community. Check out Bayview Drive, a 1-bedroom rental that is located just across from the Intracoastal Waterway. Complete with a boating dock that offers private access to the water for you and your kayak, canoe, or boat, this property is great for property renters who want to just head out their back door and head onto their private boat dock. Walk out here in the morning with a cup of coffee to watch the sunrise from your private dock and boat slip — what better way is there to start a peaceful morning?

Plus, you can lead to Bradenton Beach in just 5 minutes by car! If you have a bike or want to take a nice walk in the bright sunshine, head to this beach that is just 2.5 miles away on Anna Maria Island. Personally, we love taking a nice run here in the morning to hop in the water, cool off, and then walk to a nearby coffee shop on Anna Maria Island to get an iced coffee on a hot summer day.

Once you come back to your property, you can take a shower in the modern bathroom. We make our bathrooms spacious and functional, so you can easily wash the sand off and dry yourself without worrying about running into the sinks, toilets, or being crammed in a tiny room.

After rinsing off and feeling refreshed, head to the kitchen to make a nice and healthy breakfast. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances that are perfect for cooking something in the oven, heating up a meal on the stove, reheating a quick meal in the microwave, or making a fresh pot of coffee in the new coffee pot.

Once you have made your filled omelet or an easy bowl of cereal, head to the living room and relax on the comfortable couch to chill out before going out for the day. You can lounge and spread out your legs as you watch your favorite show on the flat-screen smart TV.
