We would definitely stay in this house again. It was a short 15-20 minute drive to the beach. Short distance to lots of restaurants. Swordfish Grill on the water was our favorite. The host was very friendly and constantly checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Easy to checkin and out and peaceful neighborhood.

The home and location are perfect! It was like a home away from home. We loved the backyard oasis, perfect for winding down after a long day of exploring the town and beaches! Our family will definitely be rebooking. It was clean and inviting and the property manager was excellent at communicating.

We had a fantastic stay and really pleased with the place. They communicated and accommodated us through our entire stay. I would also recommend this place because it’s conveniently close to so many beaches/restaurants/grocery stores. We had to book this last minute too and they worked with our schedule when we needed to book or make changes. We hope to come back. Maybe even make it an annual trip for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The beds were comfortable- all nectar beds. The back yard was nice and the pool was perfect for our kids. Since there is no gate, you definitely have to watch your kids. They loved it though. The house had everything we needed and was well equipped with beach gear (chairs, sand bucket, boogie board, chairs, umbrella, cool bags, coolers, etc.) The neighborhood wasn’t really fancy, but it was quiet and we had no issues. This is located very close to Walmart, which was convenient (especially if you put in a pickup order the day before you come in!) The management company (anchor down rentals) was great about communicating. We didn’t have any issues that needed addressed, but I’m sure they would have been great based on our other interactions. We’re glad we stayed here and would stay again!

The home looked exactly like the pictures. There was a booklet with recommendations around the areas, places to go and check-in and out instructions. The check in and check out instructions were easy and pretty straight forward. The home is right in front of a Walmart and Golden Corral. There is a lot of markets and restaurants nearby. The nearest beach was approximately 10 minutes away by car. We did have a few issues in the home but they were all resolved by the homes Property Manager - Matthew, who was even kind enough to gift us a restaurant gift card to make up for any inconveniences.

Stayed here with our kids for a short family vacation. The home was in a quite neighborhood that was conveniently located to beaches, stores and restaurants. The kids loved the pool and the house was very clean. Would stay here again.

The representatives for Arbor Downs were awesome! Everyone was very responsive and made us feel welcomed. The home was exceptional as well. Great location, down the street from, literally everything.

It was exactly what was shown in the pictures. I can't say enough about the property manager, she was always accessible and prompt to answer any questions. The pool was amazing, clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again, we all enjoyed it immensely!

We agree with all the previous reviews. Here's our take. Very clean, well organized, well supplied with towels, dishes, glasses, necessary kitchen cooking utensils. The layout of the house with two guest rooms opposite side of the house to the master bedroom was a plus. Comfortable beds, comfortable sofas. The privacy of the backyard with comfortable lounge chairs and a covered porch encouraged us to spend a great deal of time outdoors. Several stores are within easy walking distance - Walgreens, super Walmart, Big Lots, gym. If you are into golf, courses 5 to 10 minutes away. Getting to the beaches depended on traffic - it could be ten minutes or it could be twice as long. Overall, the house made for an enjoyable month.

Great house and location. Beautifully updated with great outdoor space (and pool). Well stocked with extras like coolers, pool toys, beach chairs, etc. Very responsive management company. Would rent again!

This was a great home to stay in for our week long family vacation at the beach. The VRBO post was very accurate and pics were a great way to see the home before booking our stay. The open layout was great for a family with kids. The kitchen was fantastic and had all the basics we needed. The washer/dryer set up with laundry baskets in every room was a game changer! It was so convenient and made my life easy to keep up with all the laundry and towels. We used the pool after each beach day, and the kids loved it. The backyard was pretty buggy which made it tough to use the outdoor lounge area (too bad bc it was so nice!), but without a screened in pool area, it would be tough to keep the bugs away. All in all, it’s a great vacation house and we would definitely come back!

Very CLEAN, beautifully updated home in a good location for the beach, shopping & restaurants. We enjoyed the well maintained landscape and felt the pool was the perfect size for cooling off. Decided to pay extra fee to heat the pool (Mid-April) and have no regrets. Staff was quick to respond to our needs, which were few, as much thought went into supplying necessities off the bat. Would definitely consider for future visits!

Absolutely loved this home! Such a beautiful space & in a great location. The fenced in backyard & pool are a huge plus! I would highly recommend. My husband and I really enjoyed our time here with our small pup & would definitely stay again!

We have stayed at dozens of VRBO’s and this one is a keeper - definitely in our top 3. I’m a stickler to cleanliness...this home was spotless. Great set up with master on one side of the house and other 2 bedrooms on the other side. Had all the items we needed. One suggestion is to have basic spices available (salt, pepper, oil, cooking spray etc. ). Favorite part hands down was the back yard. Felt like our own little resort. Pool was amazing. Landscaping was gorgeous. Spent most of our time out there. Thank you for sharing your home - we will definitely be back!!
