My husband and I recently stayed here for a month. We loved the nice quiet neighborhood and spent a lot of time enjoying the backyard pool area. It's within a couple miles of the beautiful Robinson Preserve where we walked several miles nearly every morning. The house is also within a mile or two of the grocery store. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Living room furnishings look brand new as was the grill which we used a few times. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed for cooking meals at home. We enjoyed the filtered water out of the refrigerator and also appreciated having a washer/dryer. Many nice restaurants nearby as well. One tiny note was that the master bedroom mattress is very, very firm. That's just not our personal preference but it was ok. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Great stay with lots of room and at-home activities for relaxing at the house. Also, it is still close (10-15 minute drive) from many restaurants, shopping, beach, etc. The location is quiet and peaceful with privacy from other neighbors. Would recommend and would stay again!

We really enjoyed the fact that there was plenty for the kids to do at the property. The game room and the pool area were a plus.

Had a wonderful stay. Close to beaches and restaurants. Had so much to do at the Airbnb as well to have a good pool day and play games. Definitely recommend!

We had an amazing time staying at Cappy’s casa Bella, it was better than what we could have imagined as it was our first time down to Florida! The location was perfect and everything you would need was 5-10 mins away including some beaches. The house felt like a home and we enjoyed the heated pool and massage chair the most! The kids loved that there were also a bin of toys. We will definitely be renting through this company again for any future Florida trips!

Great place! The pool was the highlight, of course. If I had been with more people, I would want more floaties (there was only one, and I don't know if it was intentionally included or just someone else just left it), but that's about the only thing I can think of to change. The outdoor space was fantastic and we spent most of the day out there. Even when it's was 90 every day, it's never too hot with a pool! I stayed with a friend but it would be so much fun for kids and bigger groups. Plenty of space to spread out and relax, plenty of dining space. The kitchen was amazing — loved cooking there.

This place was great, so many little extras. Beds very comfortable. Clean had all kinds of little gadgets in kitchen even had a junk drawer with batteries, cords, pens etc. Drawers of games for all ages. Not to mention the skeet ball machine and the massage chair. Pool and lanai very nice even had beach towels. The only negative thing I could say was we had planned on being out by eleven, but cleaning girl showed up at ten very nice girl and even offered to help us load truck, but we declined because we needed to load a certain way to help with unloading. Anyway with being rushed we forgot to leave tip, which we felt bad about. This place was great all in all though!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay. Plenty of room and amenities. We especially loved the large pool, bar outside, and all the fun games that were provided. Would definitely stay again.

What a wonderful place to stay. I was with my husband and 3 kids 3,2, 7 months.The house has soooo many toys and games and that kept my kids entertained for hours. The pool and backyard was a great place to hang out after a long day at the beautiful beaches on AMI ( short 5 minute drive)! The pool also had a gate to go around it extra safety for the kids. They had toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, laundry soap, paper towel, a scrub brush for cleaning dishes. The house also had lots of bath and beach towels, extra sheets and linens. Everything u need for cooking. They provided a beach umbrella.
