This place is fantastic , the house have beautiful views and beautiful really maintained garden with beautiful coconut and palm trees. Pool was really clean and the most important , pool heather and spa worked perfectly during entire stay , spa temperature actually gets hot witch is great . We found everything we needed in the house , kitchen was loaded and lots of beaches chairs , fishing’s rods, beach tent and much more . I didn’t need to buy anything. We had lots of fun fishing by private dock and enjoyed dolphins on the sea ! Already looking forward to come back . Thank you

We just had a week-long family vacation at this property and it was the perfect choice. The layout of the main house and the guest house was great for a group of our adult children and their families. The house was very well equipped and a great vacation. My favorite part was the incredible sunsets!!! There were a few minor things that needed fixing, but they came out right away to try to work it out. Overall, I highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and beautiful home. It had lots of space for our group of 10. We enjoyed seeing dolphins in the morning and so much nightlife while sitting on the dock at night. We only had one issue and it’s that the guest house bedroom was too warm and humid so it was uncomfortable for them to sleep up there. Hopefully this is something that can be resolved for the the next guests. Otherwise it was a great stay. We would definitely return should we be in the area again.

Absolutely loved the property, just beautiful and location, close to everything we wanted/needed to do!! Only a couple of small negatives...not quite enough dishes, dishwasher needs replaced (no dishwasher detergent, really?) bathroom towels what you get at cheap hotels ( a home this beautiful should do better than cheap out on towels). The negatives are small, loved absolutely everything else about the home!! Would definitely stay here again!!

Our extended family had a wonderful vacation at this property! It was large enough for each of our group of 10 to have their own space to spread out and the common areas like the kitchen, great room, dining patio, hot tub, and game area were awesome. Evenings on the back deck with the breeze blowing were amazing. Watching the horses in the water, fishing of the dock. We had a great time. We had 12 and had no issues with space. The pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of amenities and things to do. 4 miles to the beach and you could ride a bike there if you wanted to. Can't say enough, it was amazing. Clean and well kept.

Home was well equipped, in great shape, and had a wonderful screened in porch. Pool and hot tub were tons of fun. Beach towels were included so no need to bring any. Nice long dock with sitting area. We launched paddle boards and kayaks from the pier which took a little work but was fine. No water access except from high dock/pier due to mangroves. TV were very new with great channels although we only turned on once for 2 hours. Too much other stuff to do. Beware, pool has no depth markers and does go from 4 ft to 6 ft quickly in middle.

House was perfect for six adults. We enjoyed our time there. Also, proximity to the beaches was excellent - everything within 5-15 minutes depending on where we went. Met the owner of the house while there - a very nice man. They had an issue with the wifi (was working intermittently). Not his fault and he did everything he could to expedite the repairs. We did not find the kitchen to be quite as bare as some other reviewers had mentioned. Plenty of glasses and plates and cups for our party of six. Big great/family room - plenty large enough for six adults to watch TV on the large 70" HD TV. Huge Island in kitchen with either 4 or 5 stools. Island was massive so several people could sit or eat there very comfortably. Bed in master bedroom was "squeaky". Could not figure out why or how to sort that. Every time I or my wife rolled over in bed it made a decent amount of noise. Master bath is huge (completely separate areas for two people to get ready). Shower in master bath was massive. I do think they ought to update some of the pictures - especially the one of the patio which shows a fire pit - there is no fire pit on property. Also, only four beach chairs is a bit light for a 3 bedroom home. We bought two inexpensive ones from Publix and left those there upon exiting. They were ok and hopefully they have been left for other guests. Also, no beach umbrella. Management company was OK to deal with. Not the most responsive. They typically responded to my pre-trip inquiries within a day or two, but if I sent a follow up that was ignored. I've had better experience dealing with property owners when renting on VRBO, but you can't control that.

The house is great, with plenty of space for people. The garage/bunk house had more stuff for to use for entertainment. Only issue was the water dispenser and ice machine in the refrigerator didn’t work very consistently, and there didn’t appear to be a lot of hot water in the master bathroom. Had to pick up an extra bag of ice in order to accommodate all the folks staying at the house. House, pool, yard, and kitchen were put to good use! Would stay there again if needed!

A beautiful, tastefully appointed, and with everything you could possibly need and want, place to stay. It was an awesome week. Though our time there was spent mostly working nearby, coming back to this place at the end of a long days work was like a gift. I heard many evening hours were spent at the PacMan game and ping pong table. Of course our crew will now expect every experience to be compared to this one --- I don't think we can top your place. Large spacious home. Convenient location. A short walk to causeway. A dock for fishing and to put in our kayaks. The pool and hot tub was warm and welcoming. Several refrigerators on site to keep our beverages ice cold. Close to the beaches yet far enough away from the vacation crowds. The sunsets were magnificent! My only concern was the shower situation. There are three showers in the main house all of which were en suite. There is one BR, in the house, that did not have access to a shower without disturbing others. The bonus room above the garage had a full bathroom available but it was shared with our guest staying in the bonus room. And a side note - not a concern; we bought our own but the TP was one ply. I recommend better TP for your guest.

This house was a great fit for our annual family trip! Every year we book something for our 3 kids/spouses and their combined 6 grandkids ranging in age from 4 to 16 years old. They just finished an upgrade on the whole house, and it showed. The layout of this compound made for the perfect mix of time together with all of us, and separate spaces for the different aged grandkids to do their thing. We stayed in the primary master on the ground floor with a huge walk in bathroom, our two sons whose kids are aged 4 to 8 years old stayed in the main house with us, and loved sleeping together in the bunkbed room. Our daughter, and her three teenagers, stayed in the separate guest house, which kept the teenage noise away from the early bedtime kiddos :) The house has water and sunset views from all the rooms, as well as from our favorite spot -- the pool and hot tub. Everything was nicely stocked and had what we needed - including lots of extras like a great book selection, 3 bikes to explore around the area, fishing gear, and fun games (sit down video gaming thing with pacman and all the old good ones, corn hole, pop-a-shot, croquet, etc). We took advantage of the private dock and rented jet skis for the week, and the little ones enjoyed fishing from it -- and seeing a manatee! We loved the island beaches which were super close and family friendly. Everyone loved this trip -- one of our all time favorite times together. The owners quickly responded to any questions while at the property (thank you Erik and Shauna for setting up the jet ski rental). I highly recommend booking this house to anyone looking for a sunny Florida family vacation.

Heading home after a week here with our adult children. The house and property are absolutely beautiful! Ample room for the 6 of us with location close to restaurants and shopping centers. The pool, hot tub, and back patio were amazing. Enjoyed many quiet/ peaceful sunrises and sunsets out back with a stunning view of the water! Hard to leave but hope to be back next year!
