You're always leery about changing but, this home was everything we were hoping for our vacation. We are already planning next years trip to this home. Our stay was fabulous! The home was perfect inside and out! We enjoyed all the amenities this home offered, the pool, hot tub, fishing, kayaking, bike rides to the beach, watching our favorite sports games by the pool, and playing board games and video games. This property has it all! The property manager was responsive and attentive as well.

The listing is spot on and the place was very clean with good décor. The contact person was very helpful i.e. got us kayaks and suggested the boat tour. The location is wonderful for Palma Solo Bay access. We watched dolphins and manatees from the pool. I would suggest paying for pool heat; it made our swimming more enjoyable in April. The area is safe and we walked our dog around the neighborhood every night. It is very close to everything you could want to do. For the past 3 years, we stayed two streets over from this home but had to change due to availability. We are so glad we found this gem. We are hope in future planning this home will be available.

I would re-rent this house in a heartbeat this house was kept super nice and clean it was truly mesmerizing early in the morning you would see manatees and dolphins after it would rain wish we could’ve stayed longer truly beautiful

The whole process was easy and smooth. We where all happy to even have a place to go, had a house rented in St James for a family get to together( mother in law, San Diego and both our boys who are in the AF and home on leave, but got canceled due to the storms.The house was amazing. We will be back!

We stayed here for a family vacation. This place was perfect for our family of 5 (boys ages 7,4,and 1), my in laws, my brother and sister in law and two small dogs. We all had our own space but enjoyed the playroom, pool, hot tub and outdoor area for hanging out and grilling. The place is a perfect spot right on the canal. It is a quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed the games that were provided by the host.

We took our 4 oldest Grandkids on vaca. They loved it! Very cute & homey decor! Outside patio area was awesome! Kitchen had everything we needed for our meals. Neighbors were friendly. The view was amazing. We seen Dolphins & a Manatee in the canal. We had a hiccup with the front door lock, they were very responsive in solving the issue. Overall very pleased with our stay & definitely will go back to that area!

This property was absolutely beautiful! The kayaks were a blast on the canal with multiple dolphin sightings. The pool and hot tub were spotless. Our family loved playing a game of pool, and Foosball. Our family also enjoyed the time we spent here for Mothers Day. I would absolutely recommend this property for a very relaxing stay.

We absolutely loved this place and can't wait to plan our next stay. Being able to have the boat at the dock and ride just a few minutes to tons of islands to explore in the most beautiful water you can imagine was a dream. Thank you!!!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We spent most of our time out by the pool, and we had dolphin visitors almost everyday on the canal! We had a couple of minor issues with house maintenance- but they were addressed promptly. We would stay again!

Everything was top notch except the TV service. If you don't have a high tech person in your family you are out of luck and have NO clue of the channels, and VERY limited selection. The ones that are there keep repeating as you scroll down so you really only have about 20 to choose from. We called for help but they couldn't help either. My son inlaw finally figured it out and fortunately we had a tablet. Other than this we all had a grear time and hope to come back next year.

This house was absolutely wonderful. The owners thought of every little detail to make sure we had a great experience. The beds are comfy and the house has tons of amenities. We enjoyed the pool and fishing off the dock daily. It was nice to have all the beach supplies at the house and made our beach experiences much easier. The kitchen is stocked with everything we needed to cook family meals. The property manager was very helpful and responsive. Great neighborhood and very nice neighbors. We will definitely stay here again!

Property was exactly as advertised and home had everything you might need. Neighborhood and neighbors were awesome. The outside pool area was fantastic with breathtaking view. Property manager was very responsive to any request or questions. Overall a fantastic 2+ month stay. Only comment from my guests were that the guest bedrooms mattresses were little worn out and could use replacements. But overall extremely pleased with property!

We had an amazing time!! We are a large family of 8 and we all had so much room to move around and each get space when we needed it. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The owner even left us some shrimp bait - we caught a total of 12 fish right off the back of the house. Close proximity to the beach downtown, shops and restaurants. Side note both neighbors on either side were such a pleasure! Thank you and I can't wait to book this house again!!!
