Great house! Very pleased with the amenities! Especially full stocked coffee bar and lots of towels! Beds super comfy! Pool and spa are perfect! I highly recommend! We had a fabulous time!

Our little family, my husband and our dog stayed for a week and had a great time. We love Bradenton and this house was the perfect location and exceeded our expectations. The house was clean, they provided all the necessities we needed (household cleaning items, lots of towels, beach chairs if you need it), also love that they provided jars of treats for dogs and bunch of poop bags. They also have a cute crate for small dogs. We love the pool and the spa and just few steps away from the house. The host was responsive to questions. They even stopped by to apologize for a mixed up days of fence work and left us a gift. I would definitely go back and rent again. Highly recommended!

Great home! Very clean, plenty of bath towels, bed linens as well as beach towels and chairs. Only minutes to the beautiful gulf beaches. Lots of restaurants to choose from I highly recommend The Porch (needs reservations). A 4 minute ride to the food shopping center ( Publix). The home is exactly like the pictures. The pool was perfect. Would highly recommend staying here. My family and will certainly be back to this wonderful home.

The house is well maintained. Nicely clean, everything available that one would need at a home. We did not have to go anywhere to bring anything. It was as we were in our home away from home. Well you will have to get your groceries and stuff, but in terms of home requirements everything was spot on. Keep it up, we look forward to be here again. Thank you, Gohil Family.

This was our fifth year that we spent our summer vacation in this area. We decided to stay off of the island this year and did not regret it. This house had everything that we needed and more! It was clean, cozy, and comfortable! The layout of the house is really nice. We liked that the bedrooms were spread out. My husband and I loved the pool and hot tub! We used the grill several times. We discovered the park where the manatees would hang out and it was so close to the house. The Robinson Preserve is close to the house too. We would definitely recommend staying here and would consider it again next year! 5 stars!

This house was super cute and stocked with everything I needed! Just a 15 minute drive to the beach, and the pool/hot tub were perfect in the evenings. The quiet neighborhood made it nice for privacy. Will be back, and definitely book again in the future!!

Second time renters! Absolutely loved the new makeover inside and out! We did miss the big tree in the back yard, but the afternoon Sun makes up for it. This place offers a natural comfortable feeling. The pool and hot tub were the highlight of the vacation! We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. The use of the garage and all the beach accessories is a huge bonus. We will definitely be returning!

My Fiancé and I stayed here for a week and had the best time! When we weren’t at the beach we were home by the pool soaking up the sun. The house smelled nice and was very clean! The only thing I’d say was that the master bathroom shower didn’t have hot water and I had reached out but hadn’t heard back. Would stay again!

This property was wonderful and in an excellent neighborhood! There were so many extras -beach umbrellas, pool floats, lawn chairs, beach towels, pack and play, streaming apps, etc. Beds were comfortable with high quality sheets. Spring for the extra to heat the pool/hot tub -the hot tub was wonderful!

Upon check-in I found the property very clean. A/C and ceiling fans working well. The internet was not working so I called the property manager and left voicemail. Someone else (Matthew) called back promptly to confirm the problem and whether or not I had tried basic steps (unplug modem and turn back on, etc.) He then came to house to confirm himself. Cable company (Spectrum) came late next morning as well as Ethan from office. Repair took 1 hr, worked fine after that. Rest of stay went well. Jacuzzi and pool very nice!

It was a lovely property. A starter kit of supplies ( hand, laundry and dishwasher soap) were appreciated. The saltwater pool was amazing and was perfectly shaded during a portion of the day and no worries about a sun burn for us or the kids. Quiet neighborhood.

Nice quiet neighborhood, well maintained home and lawn, beaches not very far, comfy and well furnished house. Great indoor and outdoor dining place. Clean and empty garage with beach stuff available to borrow. Good washer and dryer. Amazing pool!!, secluded mostly from neighbors. Had a wonderful birthday time and no problems!

Excellent vacation home just as described. There were extras that we did not know about like pool towels, Beach chairs, pool floats, etc. The pool was a huge hit with our teens. We paid extra for it to be heated which was well worth it. Overall, it was a great vacation.

This home was so spacious. The bonus room and the outdoor patio it opened to was just awesome. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub daily when we weren't at the beach. It was so nice, we didn't even go to the beach every day. Clean, clean home. Property managers responded quickly to our needs and came right out when we were confused with the pool/spa heat (totally our fault!).
