This is my second time staying at an OPH property and it was perfect. The condo was extremely clean and the setup was well thought out for a multi family stay. The unit had all the necessary amenities you would need. The pool on-site was very convenient and parking was appreciated. Anchor Sales and our contact Kristi was very kind and informative making our stay even better. We will certainly be back.

We had such a nice time in Anna Maria and our stay was so comfortable in this condo. It was so clean and the beds were so comfortable. Washer and dryer worked perfectly. Kitchen was just what we needed! Beach chairs need to be updated but we left two beach umbrellas in the closet. Beautiful condo and the screened in patio was such an added bonus!! Stay here you won’t be sorry..and not far from the beaches at all!!

After a rental property experience went awry due to unreported construction, we were fortunate to find Anchor Down at the last minute. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the transition from our previous accommodation seamless and stress-free. We enjoyed a fantastic week at this beautiful condo, taking full advantage of the beach, local sites, and various adventures the area has to offer. The property itself was immaculate, comfortable, and perfectly suited for our needs. Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful stay. We look forward to returning!

If you are looking for a deliciously styled condo with all the amenities this is probably your place!! Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous!! Super clean and the kitchen was much better equipped with pots and pans than I expected based on the info. Location is gated and it’s a short drive/bike over to Anna Marie Island. And the property manager was great to work with.

This condo is beautiful! It is located in a new community and has a pool, splash pad, and play ground right outside the development. Would definitely stay here again!

We were here for a regatta and this was the perfect stay for us. It gave us an escape from the race course and was perfectly located with lots to do. The condo has everything you need and very spacious! Only wish is that there was access to the walking paths of the larger part of the property. Would be ideal for morning walks while others sleep in or evening walks after dinner.

The home is beautiful. Lightning struck the building and the fire alarm went off for hours so we had to leave for quite a bit, the elevators have been down ever since so we have to take the steps, and the cable box hasn't worked since the strike. Outside of that, which is just nature, we have loved our stay and have had a wonderful time:) Would definitely stay here again and they have been super responsive to any need.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Oasis. The condo was clean. The furniture was very comfortable. Loved the screened porch. The heated pool is nice. The kitchen supplies were in good condition and plentiful. We have stayed at One Particular Harbour four times and just love it. The location is great. Only wish they would let the people staying in these condos walk the grounds around the lake. It's so pretty but if you don't rent for at least a month, that is not allowed.

This was our the second visit to one particular harbor Margaritaville, and again, it did not disappoint! My husband and I feel so at home in this area and are actually looking to find a second home in the Bradington area. The condo was amazingly immaculate and just how we remembered from our last visit here three years ago. Amazing views with such quiet, peace, and serenity, I would recommend it time and time again to come for an amazing getaway. We've enjoyed our stay so much, it will be very hard to leave again this time!

Well appointed condo. Screened porch gives lots of extra space and pretty water view. Located conveniently right across from the pool and gas grills. Beds were high quality and very comfortable. Not a negative comment to say about this rental and we are fairly picky!

The condo is lovely. The only suggestions would be having blinds that can be pulled in the morning across the patio doors. It's so very bright it's hard to sit in the family room. Also when staying for the week, it would be nice to have more than 1 roll Of toilet paper per bathroom, more than 1 dishwasher pod and more than 1 trash bag. If you're flying, you don't want to purchase those and ha w to pack or leave them. Lastly, it was disappointing to not be able to have access to the property adjacent to walk in the mornings. The bugs were too bad for the nature preserve. Otherwise, everything was lovely and Anna Maria Island specifically Bean Point is a gem. We will come back!
