Come enjoy our old florida surf cottage with a perfect location! Walk a block to downtown historic Jensen Beach with restaurants and entertainment, groceries and 2 blocks to the water.
You will have a 3 bedrooms with a queen bed in every room. 2 bathrooms that offer a shower or bath. Enjoy your coffee on the front patio or on a chaise on the back patio with fenced in yard with tropical landscape. Enjoy your evenings with a fire in the back yard fire pit. There is a smart tv in the living room and 2 bedrooms. There is a family room with another couch for the kids to to play games. 4 beach chairs with a beach bucket of beach towels. Beach is just over the bridge about 5 min away. If your a walker or runner, you can walk to the beach. I used to walk to it a few times a week. There is parking for 2 cars. Ceiling fans in most rooms with central AC and an additional AC unit for the extra family room and 3rd bedroom because they have flat roof so tend to be warmer. Full size washer and dryer in unit. Black out drapes or window blinds for all windows. A desk in 3rd bedroom for anyone working remotely. Full house WiFi through Verizon.
