Our beautiful, bright, airy 2BR condo is ready for you! We designed our space for families or friends! Located at beautiful Sugar Beach w/ direct access to the glorious sugar white beaches of PCB! We are smaller than most condos in PCB (3 stories). The community is gated w surveillance & safe. What makes us unique is that you can park right outside your condo unit - no luggage cart or elevator hassle!

The space
Our space was designed with families in mind but also works well for groups! Our master bedroom has a new king mattress, a private bathroom, & patio access. Our 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds & a private bathroom. Our living room has a large sectional sofa which is incredibly comfortable for relaxing after a long day at the beach! Our condo unit is a 3 minute stroll through our lovely property to our beautiful private beach where we have 2 chair beach service included! Our beach is way less crowded than the huge high rise buildings nearby and very clean! Perfect PCB location, nearby convenience stores, pizza & ice cream next door, located across the street from Hammerhead Fred’s, Longboards, and other bars, the Slingshot, go carts, arcade, and other rides. Parking and unloading takes minutes not hours. No elevators, no luggage carts! Sugar Beach condos has a clubhouse near the pool, shuffleboard, tennis, pickle ball, ping pong, a tranquil turtle & koi pond, exotic birds & turtles, and a relaxing vibe unlike anywhere else in PCB.

Two spacious bedrooms and all living areas. Closets in one room are locked for storage. Open living and dining areas with full streaming tech in living room and both bedrooms. All streaming devices come pre- loaded with Netflix, Hulu, Prime, YouTube, HBO max , Disney+ , SiriusXM, and cable TV. Parking passes issued at check-in - the condo property charges $35 per car for the whole stay. We do not charge additional fees for pets but the condo charges $80 for 3 nights and $150 for 4 or more nights. All pets need to be vaccinated and on a leash outside of the condo.bGate & door codes provided after completion of reservation and closer to your arrival date.
Other things to note
Entrance way sign inside of our condo has WiFi access and information about the TVs, etc. Reach out to us if you have any questions about settling in.

We use remote access to assign keypad codes unique to each guest. The entryway has a touchscreen lock by Lockly that can be locked and unlocked easily. No need to carry or worry about lost keys.

There has been some construction occurring at various times on the property.

This unit is located near the office of the property and overlooks the property koi and turtle pond.

Parking is arranged through the office directly downstairs from the condo.

Pets must be house trained & vaccinated. Please mention pets when reaching out for reservations.
