LOCATION & ATTRACTIONS
The Vineyards is a high demand community in North Naples with gorgeous landscaping, miles of walking/biking paths, a huge neighborhood park & restaurants/medical facilities nearby. The Vineyards Country Club has a variety of optional golf & social memberships. The main clubhouse has been recently updated. This central location is within 20 minutes driving distance to Delnor-Wiggins State Beach and Park and one of the most popular beach locations - Vanderbilt Beach. Vanderbilt beach offers wide space for all visitors, gorgeous white sand surroundings, restroom access, and a beach concession where you can purchase snacks, chairs, cabanas and beach toys. The Barolo Vacation rental is about 25 minuets drive from Downtown Naples, 5th Ave S dining, Naples Pier, Naples Zoo, Waterside Shops and about 13 minutes away form Mercato; a hip and luxurious shopping and dining center.

As you enter the condo there is a newly renovated kitchen with plenty of cabinet space, breakfast bar and dining area on the right and you walk into a very spacious living room with lots of natural light and glass sliding door to a private lanai with golf course views. The kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances and fresh granite countertops. The master bedroom has king size bed and a private entrance to the lanai. The master bathroom is very spacious with double vanity, 2 big closets, big mirror, spa-tub, walk-in shower and another convenient smaller closet for towels. The second bedroom has queen bed and a nice size closet. Second bathroom has walk-in shower and single vanity. Enjoy the newly remodeled and furnished space and the breathtaking lake and golf course views.

Welcome Basket
Every rental receives a welcome basket which includes a number of essential items to get your stay started. Our gift basket includes a roll of paper towels, a spare roll of toilet tissue (in addition to one new roll provided in each bathroom), a new kitchen sponge and detergent for washing the dishes, several laundry & dishwasher detergent pods, dryer sheets, kitchen trash bags, etc.Also provided are some other thoughtful items like popcorn, coffee, etc. A single bottle of shampoo/conditioner is provided for those folks who either forgot to bring it or are here for a very short time and were not able to bring it with them in their carry-on luggage. Hand soap is also provided at every sink. The items provided are designed to get your stay started, but are not intended to last the duration of your stay. Guests staying longer than a couple of days are expected to purchase and replenish their own items that they consume.
