The large open spaces are perfect for family gatherings. allowing plenty of room for everyone. Entering the home, you are met with the grandness of 20ft ceilings enhanced by chandeliers and a marble staircase. The foyer leads into the spacious Living and Dining areas in the center of the home which opens into the Lanai where you will find yourself lounging in the afternoon under the fans. The Lanai extends to a large pool with a patio full of sun loungers for Florida tanning and a new Weber Gas Grill for family barbecuing. The 1/2-acre backyard has an abundance of grass and trees for fun activities. (furnished soccer goals) and is entirely fenced for privacy.

The Master 1000 sq ft suite opening into the Lanai, large open Living and Dining areas, well-equipped large kitchen to accommodate several cooks, a second King bedroom and a separate bathroom in the hallway next to the laundry room. The first level bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house allowing everyone privacy. The entire main floor has NO steps up or down, only doorways with less than 2" thresholds for easier accessibility. The second floor includes: 2 King bedrooms (one with relaxing balcony) , 1 Double Queen Bedroom, 1 Double Full Bedroom and a large hall bathroom with a 5' jetted tub. Our goal is for your vacation to be enjoyed with total comfort in our 2 living areas, 3 dining areas, completely equipped Kitchen, Luxury beds, Lanai with ping pong and games, multiple lounging areas inside and out, relaxing hot tub and heated pool.

A strict maximum is 8 vehicles is allowed on the property at ANY time. Additionally, all vehicles MUST be parked on the driveway only. Absolutely NO parking is allowed on the grass or the street at ANY time. These are both the quests rules as well as City Ordinances. These rules will be strictly enforced by the Host. Additionally, neighbors frequently if not always call law enforcement and vehicles not in compliance are usually towed at the owner's expense when these city ordinances are not in compliance.
