Some house has had been showcased at the Orlando convention Center and on HGTV! We have many free amenities in the community like paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, volleyball a large community fire pit and private fishing docks. Also a newly remodeled laundry room. On the other side of the lake just 1 mi away there's the historical college Park town with lots of shopping and restaurants to & dine at. Universal, SeaWorld, Islands of adventure, and the water parks are about 20 minutes away. Disney springs is about 25 minutes away and Disney world is about 40 minutes away.
