Area Information

The community is located just a few miles from downtown Orlando and one block away from the new Dr Phillips packing district! That offers a brand new food hall, YMCA, Publix, foxtail coffee and Kelly's ice cream. On the other side of the lake just 1 mi away there's the historical college Park town with lots of shopping and restaurants to & dine at. Universal, SeaWorld, Islands of adventure, and the water parks are about 20 minutes away. Disney springs is about 25 minutes away and Disney world is about 40 minutes away.
