About this rental
Minutes from Stickney Point bridge, the southern point to Siesta Key Beach you will be able to play on the beach all day and quickly get home to BBQ in the back yard. Or go dine at one of the funky places on Superior Ave.
The living room has a large Roku TV mounted on the wall. The kitchen has a sliding glass door to the patio. There are two large bedrooms with king size beds, TVs and a work space.
The guests will have full access to the entire house.
We live in the are and can be available if you require assistance.
The neighborhood is a mix of young families and retirees. It is a quiet place near Clark road which is the main road. It is the perfect location for getting to the beach, downtown or world class golfing.
One can get around by car of by public transportation. There is a bus stop at the end of the block.

AshleyClean, modest duplex, 2 bedroom 1 bath. The decor was nice. It was great having the screened in porch space up front a backyard also. I was surprised by the nice large backyard because I didn't see pictures of it or mention of it on the listing. Robert was friendly and communicative, fast to respond. The location was great, 20 minutes from the Children's Garden, Ringling museum and most other attractions. Luckily enough it was 6 blocks from my brother's house also. One thing I didn't love was the noise from the main road. The house is only a few houses down from it and it was noisy, even at night. But it is what it is, no fault of Robert's, just comes with the territory. We would stay here again!

BrendaRobert was excellent from the time we book to the day we left. Duplex was dated and caught me off guard. Felt safe, DIL left car unlocked and keys in it...and it was still there! Laundry is outside, very convenient be sure to bring soap. The three beach chairs/towels and umbrella were a huge plus! Beach is so close along with stores and restaurants. There is a bus stop at end of street. I would suggest to bring toilet paper, Kleenex, trash bags and paper towels.

AnneGreat place for our needs. Spent most of our time out sightseeing and visiting. Close to lots of attractions and restaurants. Definitely check out Detwiler’s grocery store for some really great locally made foods. Robert listed several great local restaurants and the ones we tried were all great suggestions! Laundry facilities were nice to have. Check in was great and keyless entry was very easy and convenient! The only downside was the shower water pressure, but we would definitely stay here again!! Thanks Robert!

DominicThis home is in a duplex, so you will share a wall with your neighbor. We did hear them frequently during our stay. The house seems to be a fairly poor flip job. Examples of this include poorly installed flooring in the bathrooms, fixtures that are hanging off the wall or improperly installed, poorly repaired/damaged areas of the walls, doors, etc. This home is about as nice as a motel, but slightly more expensive. The only benefit compared to a motel is it's proximity to the beach, otherwise I'd advise staying somewhere else until the owner makes a significant investment in the property.

JoseQuiet neighborhood. Didn’t like that after I paid and was confirmed the BnB that I had to verbally agree to a list of rules before I got the code to get in. Also, I get the list of rules, but it was expressed more than once that I would be fined extra for leaving dirty dishes, not taking out trash to the bins, or not collecting all towels into a basket. When I paid for this BnB I was charged a pretty penny for cleaning service upfront. I get straightening up before leaving the BnB but an extra charge for towels not put in a basket….

Jesse PriscillaRobert's place was great. It has everything you need for a vacation in Florida! The listing offers lots of amenities and is less than 5 minutes' drive from the beach! The location is lovely, and the yard and listing are well taken care of! This rental has everything you could think of, from extra bedding, beach towels, washer and dryer, plates and silverware, and even an encosed patio to enjoy the rain from. The location is great as well, and there is lots to do within a 5 minute drive from where it's situated. I would definitely stay here again.

SamiraRobert’s house was perfect! We had plenty of space, everything was clean and beautiful. We were 10 people so the extra towels were pretty convenient. The house is close to the beach and there are a lot of great restaurants nearby. Robert was a great host, attentive and easy to communicate with! We’re looking forward to book with him again

BarryThis was our first time in the Siesta Key area and I will definitely recommend this place!!! Quiet area, 15 mins from the beautiful Siesta Key Beach, many restaurants and grocery stores around. The house have everything you need, awesome place, the host (Robert), was awesome always checking to make sure we didn't have any problems. We will definitely be back, thanks again!!!!Barry

CuongThank you Robert for hosting us. Your place is very clean and neat. The location is very close to Siesta Key beach and the grocery store, perfect since I have kids. Only 8 minutes to Siesta Key beach is a plus. What I'm especially impressed with is the clean kitchen, the bath room and the bed room. The complementary charging station and board games was also greatly appreciated. Some notions I'd like to suggest, though, is that there wasn't enough lighting in the living room and having a laundry room would be most convenient. Otherwise, the stay was very relaxing.

JodiWe loved our stay! The place was clean, the decorations were very cute! The beds were comfortable! Very affordable ! Nice area and very close to the beach! Robert was very responsive to all our questions and just a text away! Kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The place was a two bedroom duplex with the other side vacant during our stay was also a 2 bedroom so, next time would be nice if we want to bring more family members to know the other side of the duplex could also be rented. Next time we go back to Siesta Key, we will definitely look to stay here again!
