Tivoli 5269, also known as “Pura Vida Living,” is the perfect spot for you to relax and unwind! This four-bedroom, four-bathroom townhouse is centrally-located with close access to all the amenities the Sandestin Resort has to offer. This secluded townhome is an end unit, with a set of stairs leading to the entry door, and another shorter set leading from the entry to the main level. You’ll be able to enjoy your morning coffee with the tranquil views overlooking the golf course on your screened in private patio, or relax on the couch in the spacious living room. Whether you decide to dine in or take out, the spacious kitchen and dining area provide all basic supplies your family should need. There is also a washer/dryer, beach chairs and umbrella provided for you! The master bedroom located on the main floor also has access to the private patio and is complete with a king size bed and private spa-like bathroom with a nice walk-in shower, double vanity, and tub. Both guest bedrooms on the main floor are equipped with one queen size bed each and access to two main floor bathrooms. Take the whimsical spiral staircase to reach the fourth bedroom in the upstairs loft area, which has 2 twin beds and it's very own full bath!
Our guests have unlimited access to the Resort-wide tram service at no additional cost. Ride over to The Village of Baytowne Wharf for dinner and drinks or get dropped off at the beach for a day of fun! This is an exclusive amenity which is NOT offered by all owners.
