Gated community makes it a perfect getaway for a family for 4 but sleeps 6 to accommodate any short term visitors. Inside our home, you will find all the amenities for an enjoyable stay, a master bedroom with a king size bed with a sitting area. Bathrooms have shower/tub combo with separate vanity area. Walk in closet. Second bedroom has a pull out bed and a trundle bed with two twin mattresses. Plantation shutters throughout the apartment to open and enjoy the view. Living room & dining room comfortable for a family of 6. We would love for you to be our guest for your next unforgettable vacation in the beautiful Florida Keys.
The apartment has all the comforts of a home. Cover parking and plenty of visitor parking. The building is secure! Gated.
Walk on the long pier, fish, watch the sunset or the sunrise. Sunbathe or simply read a book.

About the host: I am a single mother of twins who are both entering college, out of the State of Florida, a Professional, with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Purchased the Apartment with the hopes of having more time to enjoy my time at the keys. With two daughters with a busy schedule, it became less and less, which is why I decided to rent fulltime. When my tenant relocated, I decided to upgrade the apartment to beautiful flooring throughout the cleaned. bathroom and kitchen upgrades. The apartment has a more modern field. I hope to continue to make changes as not everything was accomplished. However, the unit is upgraded; cleaned, has all the essentials for an amazing stay in the Florida Keys. The Apartment has a lot of light during the day, on the outside, the unit is secure with great amenities. I am very responsive, and have a cleaning staff available to assist with any cleaning needs, as well as a handyman.
