About the owner: Our family relocated to Punta Gorda over 20 years ago after an stopover trip from upstate NY. Our family's involvement in Punta Gorda schools, sports, and various City of Punta Gorda groups have made us feel like true "natives". We take pride in ownership, and manage and maintain our home completely.

Easy to feel like home in this easy to navigate, close to so much immaculate updated private home with pool and garage-which is family owned and maintained with every glance showing pride in ownership. Situated in one of the friendliest quaint little towns in Florida. Rich in history and continuing to grow at a reasonable and uncompromising pace-Punta Gorda is truly a little gem.
