Our ENDLESS SUMMER RETREAT is a BOATERS DELIGHT! Minutes to open water without any bridges. Tie up your boat or utilize our 8000 pound boat lift with your own or rental boat. What we love about our home is that you feel that you are at THE BEACH as soon as you walk in the front door! Our home is LIGHT AND BRIGHT with lots of windows, beach decor and high ceilings. We have a NEWLY RENOVATED home with a white kitchen and main bathroom. Our home provides TWO LIVING SPACES that helps a family have separate areas to do different things in. Our family room is packed with board games and a smart TV, whilst the lounge has relaxing coaches and another smart TV. The KITCHEN IS OPEN PLAN with a large island where everybody comes together and makes memories. The MAIN BEDROOM and BATHROOM IS situated on the the opposite side of the house from the guest bedrooms and second bathroom that makes for ADDED PRIVACY! Our LANAI IS PROTECTED from the prevailing winds and can be used even if it's windy and rainy. Our BIG ROMAN STYLE HEATED SALT WATER POOL is great for swimming laps as well as lounging on the floats!! We have three large bedrooms with 2 COMFORTABLE KING BEDS and in bedroom 3 are two single beds that can be made up to be a king bed if necessary. The main bathroom has a WALK-IN SHOWER and the second bathroom has a bath/shower combo. All bedrooms have BIG WALK-IN CLOSETS. The sofa bed/couch in the family room can sleep another adult or 2 children. We also have a single bed ottoman in the lounge or family room that can be used for another person or child. Because of these options the home can sleep up to 8 people if needed.
We live in our home for 7 months out of the year so the HOME HAS EVERYTHING you will need. Spices, coffee and and all condiments are here already so less to buy when you come on vacation. We love living here and enjoy sharing our beautiful home with you.

Just the view from our lanai of BEAUTIFUL TROPICAL FOLIAGE, the INVITING POOL and the EBB AND FLOW of the sea canal with boaters passing by is enough to put you in a forever vacation mood!
Our neighborhood is lovely to take an EARLY MORNING STROLL with the dog and greet other neighbors who are walking for some exercise or taking their FUR BABIES for a walk.

Area Information

ENDLESS SUMMER RETREAT is in the very sought after SOUTH WEST CAPE CORAL within 10 minutes walking distance to CAPE HARBOR MARINA where you can enjoy great restaurants, shopping and boat rentals. Cape Harbor has live entertainment on Tuesday nights and on the weekend for added fun. Come have a cocktail and dance to the music.
CAPE HARBOR also has ZUMBA classes from Jan-April in the square next to the pool.
The WESTIN RESORT AT TARPIN POINT MARINA which is about 3 miles down the road offers plenty of waterfront restaurants and shopping with live music at the Naughty Mermaid.
The PUBLIX grocery store and WALGREENS are 2 minutes down the road by car, but also walking or biking distance from our home, as well as memorable and very good restaurants like Lobster Lady, Ceno Grill and Prime 239.
Do not forget about CAPE CORAL DOWNTOWN which offers many restaurants and bars with a wide selection of entertainment, music and food choices. The DIXIE ROADHOUSE is a definite must for all line dancing enthusiasts! CAPE CORAL CABARET offers dining and entertainment with various bands and dance evenings.
CAPE CORAL YACHT CLUB BEACH is within a 10 minute drive, which provides wonderful sunbathing and a safe swimming opportunity in the Caloosahatchee River.
SUN SPLASH WATERPARK provides a wonderful day of entertainment for the whole family.
Cape Coral is close to some of the most beautiful beaches on SANIBEL ISLAND and FORT MYERS BEACH. All our beaches have been completely restored after hurricane Ian, even though there are still new construction taking place on these two barrier islands.
Sanibel beaches have some of the BEST SHELLING in the country.
One of the most unique opportunities here in Cape Coral is that you can TAKE YOUR BOAT and go and have dinner or drinks at MANY WATERSIDE RESTAURANTS in Cape Coral and Fort Myers or Fort Myers Beach. The Boathouse in Cape Coral, Doc Fords, Nervous Nellies and Bonita Bills are always firm favorites with live music in Fort Myers Beach. Flippers in Estero are great for Sunday morning brunch and they will soon have boat moorings as well.
RENT A KAYAK on Lovers Key Beach towards Estero, Bunche Beach in Fort Myers or at the Ding Darling preserve on Sanibel Island and explore our local mangroves, where you can come across fish jumping dolphins playing and our beautiful and plentiful coastal birds. It is also possible to see manatees in the wintertime.
