Shaun was easy to work with and went out of their way to make the experience for my family comfortable and relaxing. There are washer and dryers in the condo which is a huge plus. We had 4 men and 3 women in the condo and space was not an issue. Highly recommend this place.

This was a beautiful and well kept condo with an amazing balcony right on the beach. The host was responsive and very professional. My only wishes for improvement would've been with the elevators that were very slow and also with the parking situation. The parking spaces directly below the condo are very tight and somewhat difficult to maneuver if you have a larger vehicle

Very nice and accommodating for our family of 8 adults and 2 children. Spacious, overall clean sheets and comfortable mattresses, large balcony with great view, and looked recently renovated. A little sand here and there but understandable since it’s on the beach. The host was very nice and quick to respond. Just as described, parking is a bit tight, but it definitely fit our small SUV. This is definitely a place we wish to come back to.

The condo was fantastic. Clean, spacious, nicely decorated, and with a huge balcony overlooking the pool and the beach. It was well stocked with dishes and cookware, so we had everything we needed for preparing meals. Beds were very comfy and the bathrooms all had ample towels and a few complimentary toiletries. We really appreciated being able to borrow the beach chairs and umbrella from the closet so we could spend time on the beach. The pool area was nice with all the chairs and umbrellas. Also great to have restrooms handy right by the pool. We thought the location was wonderful. Close to Walmart and some restaurants and attractions. The only negative things were it was hard to get an elevator or a luggage cart because everyone was trying to check in and out at the same time, and also the lack of parking spaces. There was one designated spot in the garage, and one pass for the overflow lot. But if we went anywhere, someone snagged our spot in the overflow lot. The elevators are difficult to get when it's check in or check out time. But these all are really minor inconveniences when compared with the overall positive experience we had. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time together in this beautiful condo. The host was especially helpful and always quick to respond if I had a question or concern. Truly one of the best vacation experiences we've ever had, and we will definitely book again for future vacations.

As listing describes, parking space is very small but doable with our Ford Explorer. Kitchen is small but you have to give up some space with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Balcony is amazing and it had by far the best furniture on balcony of any place we’ve ever stayed in Florida. We ate outside most nights.

We had a wonderful vacation! I have stayed in other condos where the place is cluttered with too much furniture in a very small space. This condo, however, was very spacious and did not lack anything we needed for the stay. The host was incredible to work with and we would definitely stay again!

It actually seemed larger than the pictures. The deck is the most amazing part. The unit was well maintained and had more available appliances than I’ve ever seen in a rental. The electric tea pot was a wonderful surprise as I am a tea drinker. Everything was clearly labeled and the expectations were clearly communicated.

We loved the large balcony and view of the beach/ocean. The host was very responsive and proactive in communication. We were initially surprised that no beach towels were provided, but the host provided some at our request.
Why not 5 stars? The 9AM check out time was early and inconvenient. The cleaning fee is also very high considering the lengthy list of cleaning instructions for guests at departure. A few minor adjustments could truly make this a 5 star experience.

This is a really big condo; we were very comfortable here. This condo is really nicely decorated. The host is really responsive, got back to me right away when I had questions or concerns. They did say it is a small parking space and this is absolutely the case. We drove a Chevy Blazer and it did fit into the parking space but couldn't really open the doors on the one side once parked. This is more for a small car/SUV, I feel the Blazer is a midsized SUV and it was really too big. It was pouring rain the day we arrived and so we did use the space that day.

Was plenty of space for 7 of us. Kitchen very well stocked. The balcony was my favorite and I sat and rocked in one of the rockers for hours! View was fabulous. Only complaint were people above who played loud music and sounded like moving furniture and drilling going on during evening and night. Did not ruin our good time though. Pool was warm but pretty crowded for this time of year. Parking was as stated. Although parking second car in lot across road, was not checked. About half the cars did not have the parking pass on dash. Weekend it was full. We would stay there again.

We were most impressed with the help John provided in the booking process and after. We chose this condo because of him, and then were not disappointed. Each bedroom has its own updated bath, 2 master suites gulfside, all kinds of personal touches and guest supplies. Instructions were very helpful, and we had a wonderful time!

Owner was wonderful to deal with. Condo was great! It did show so use, but the owner went above and beyond. The only bad thing we encountered was parking. It can be a nightmare. Lower level has one way in and that’s the same way out. Cars and vans are prone to dragging. Once we familiarized ourselves with the area, it got better!

We spent a week with our family, ages 4-70 and it was accommodating for all. The condo was exactly as pictured, but you absolutely cannot capture the sunset in a photo. The location was perfect, close to shopping, groceries, and restaurants, and a short drive to the marina for fishing and boat tours. John was very responsive and quick to fix anything that was needed. I would highly recommend John’s condo to anyone!

This 4 bedroom, 4 full bathroom home is flawless. Upon entering your greeted by a clean, fresh scent. Everything has a new facelift.This property is so functional for 2 plus families. Every thing you have in your kitchen is here in your own little paradise. Gated entry for pool and beach. Visible presence of regulation enforcement. The convince of assigned parking is priceless. All rooms have TVs, remotes that are extremely user friendly. Ice maker in new fridge fills quickly. Drinks with or without alcohol can be quickly whipped up in the powerful ninja. Brand new mattresses insures a full rested body. 2 master suites with 3 balcony entrances. Enjoy beautiful sunrise breakfast on the large balcony and breathtaking sunsets where you’re photos look like post cards. Just a warning you’re not going to want to leave. Brand new comfortable furniture. Enjoy the rockers which a coffee which can be made a single cup or a full pot. Door dash and insta cart accessible.

One parking pass for a smaller vehicle was assigned and a second for a lot across the road. No one ever mentioned that lot was first come first serve. My son and his family had to drive around and wasted time waiting on someone to leave so they could park. This happened numerous times. I had the third vehicle at another lot paying an additional 20.00 a day. Parking was a huge issue and should be provided for enough vehicles to cover the amount of guest staying there. I called host and Airbnb with no response from host ever and Airbnb passing the buck. Worst issue was the parking situation. Ask questions before booking. Kitchen dishes, cookware, and utensils could use updating as we cooked many meals in the condo. Nice part of the beach. Great space for multi generational family.

Each room had it's own bathroom which really made things easier for our large group. The balcony is big enough for everybody. The condo was clean and spacious. Parking is tight though, so larger vehicles may have a little trouble getting in and out of the small parking deck. The two elevators for the building are small, but we were told they are getting a much needed upgrade. Every time I messaged John with a question he replied almost immediately. I definitely recommend this condo.

Perfectly located on the 11th floor, where the view is flawless and it’s not so windy that you can’t enjoy the space. The amount of living space this unit has is unbelievable. You can have 8 guest and never feel crowded. The 4 bedrooms are all very nice size with comfy beds, smart tv and full bath. The unit offers 3 different entrances to the balcony. 1 in the Master bedroom, 1 in the Jr. Master bedroom and 1 in the living room area. All the appliances are upscale. The kitchen has everything you would find in your own home. There’s a large kitchen table we used for family game nights. The chairs are really comfortable along with the stools locate at the kitchen bar. You’ll definitely want to enjoy your meals on the oversized balcony. I’ve stayed in Penthouse’s that didn’t offer such a large balcony. It’s equipped with a 4 seating area with table, two lounge chairs with table, 2 rocking chairs and a table with 6 chairs for dining. Furniture looks new. We enjoyed getting to know the guest around the pool. The staff is always visible and ready to assist. The security is definitely on point in all areas of the property. Trash disposal is close and easy with NO smell. Elevator carts are plenty and never had to wait for one. Two elevators makes for very little wait time. You will definitely feel as if you’ve made new friends. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. We have found our future Panama City home away from home. Book early this amazing unit fills up fast.

It was super clean, and plenty of space to roam. Plenty of places to go in walking distance. It was super nice that it’s ocean front with 8 people it was easier To just go down the elevators and out to the pool or beach.
The only downfall was that there are only two elevators and at times we had to wait long periods to go down or up. Other than that this place could have 10 stars. Very clean and the owners if you needed anything, got back with you right away.
We definitely will be back!

The biggest outdoor space I have seen for a condo with plenty of seating and a great view of the gulf! The owners where very quick to respond to any questions we had and they where even low on silverware and she had some delivered to our condo door!! Shaun was very accommodating on this special, last, trip for my mother, he allowed us to check in very early. Location is great and size is perfect for large groups. Largest balcony we've ever seen at PCB with awesome views. Place needs a little updating but overall in good shape. Only disappointment was there was only 1 roll of toilet paper in the entire condo (which doesn't last long with 4 women), also no dish washing or hand soap, so keep that in mind when you go. Would stay here again though.

The location was perfect, close to shopping, groceries, and restaurants, and a short drive to the marina for fishing and boat tours. John was very responsive and quick to fix anything that was needed. I would highly recommend John’s condo to anyone!

This 4 bedroom, 4 full bathroom home is flawless. Upon entering your greeted by a clean, fresh scent. Everything has a new facelift.This property is so functional for 2 plus families. Every thing you have in your kitchen is here in your own little paradise. Gated entry for pool and beach. Visible presence of regulation enforcement. The convince of assigned parking is priceless. All rooms have TVs, remotes that are extremely user friendly. Ice maker in new fridge fills quickly. Drinks with or without alcohol can be quickly whipped up in the powerful ninja. Brand new mattresses insures a full rested body. 2 master suites with 3 balcony entrances. Enjoy beautiful sunrise breakfast on the large balcony and breathtaking sunsets where you’re photos look like post cards. Just a warning you’re not going to want to leave. Brand new comfortable furniture. Enjoy the rockers which a coffee which can be made a single cup or a full pot. Door dash and insta cart accessible.

Very nice condo on the beach!! Loved that we all had our own bathroom! Our host John made sure we had everything we needed and was very responsive to messages and anything we needed. Was in a great location! The beach was amazing!

We had a party of 9. Great location, beautiful balcony, nice bathrooms, comfortable beds, and a nice layout for our group. The property manager responded quickly. There were a few minor issues he was unable to fix during our stay. But overall we would stay again and recommend to friends.

The condo was very nice. Having a bathroom for every bedroom was a major bonus! The view was incredible from the large balcony! The outdoor furniture offered seating for everybody to enjoy! We will definitely be back! John was very quick to answer my questions! Thank you for being a great host!

The condo was great. Fit our family perfectly. And the deck was beyond fantastic. And the condo owner John was very helpful, and responsive. The only disappointment, which Is none of John's control, is the small parking spaces. But is obbiously that out of his control. But even with that, i would highly recomend this condo, for family vacations.

Took a family trip with our kids and grand girls and we had a great trip! The condo was perfect for 6 adults and 4 children! Everyone had their own space and no one ever felt crowded! Everyone loved the deck, it is huge and plenty of space for everyone! We plan to book again next year!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view from the balcony was amazing, and we could get the same view from 2 of the bedrooms. The building had an easy access to the beach which was definitely a plus. The beach was calm and relaxing. My family and I really enjoyed our morning walks on the beach. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a relaxing vacation.

One parking pass for a smaller vehicle was assigned and a second for a lot across the road. No one ever mentioned that lot was first come first serve. My son and his family had to drive around and wasted time waiting on someone to leave so they could park. This happened numerous times. I had the third vehicle at another lot paying an additional 20.00 a day. Parking was a huge issue and should be provided for enough vehicles to cover the amount of guest staying there. I called host and Airbnb with no response from host ever and Airbnb passing the buck. Worst issue was the parking situation. Ask questions before booking. Kitchen dishes, cookware, and utensils could use updating as we cooked many meals in the condo. Nice part of the beach. Great space for multi generational family.

Overall, the unit was clean and perfect for what my group needed. I do wish there were some dressers in the bedrooms to better be able to put away clothes and what not. The floor was dirty/sandy when we arrived, but we used the vacuum. That was the only complaint. Everything else about the unit was great! We loved the balcony!

Each room had it's own bathroom which really made things easier for our large group. The balcony is big enough for everybody. The condo was clean and spacious. Parking is tight though, so larger vehicles may have a little trouble getting in and out of the small parking deck. The two elevators for the building are small, but we were told they are getting a much needed upgrade. Every time I messaged John with a question he replied almost immediately. I definitely recommend this condo.

Perfectly located on the 11th floor, where the view is flawless and it’s not so windy that you can’t enjoy the space. The amount of living space this unit has is unbelievable. You can have 8 guest and never feel crowded. The 4 bedrooms are all very nice size with comfy beds, smart tv and full bath. The unit offers 3 different entrances to the balcony. 1 in the Master bedroom, 1 in the Jr. Master bedroom and 1 in the living room area. All the appliances are upscale. The kitchen has everything you would find in your own home. There’s a large kitchen table we used for family game nights. The chairs are really comfortable along with the stools locate at the kitchen bar. You’ll definitely want to enjoy your meals on the oversized balcony. I’ve stayed in Penthouse’s that didn’t offer such a large balcony. It’s equipped with a 4 seating area with table, two lounge chairs with table, 2 rocking chairs and a table with 6 chairs for dining. Furniture looks new. We enjoyed getting to know the guest around the pool. The staff is always visible and ready to assist. The security is definitely on point in all areas of the property. Trash disposal is close and easy with NO smell. Elevator carts are plenty and never had to wait for one. Two elevators makes for very little wait time. You will definitely feel as if you’ve made new friends. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. We have found our future Panama City home away from home. Book early this amazing unit fills up fast.

The condo was close to all the venues of Bike Week and the amenities were better than expected. Check-in was simple and parking for our motorcycles was covered and well lit.

This condo is perfect for 2 families. Lots of space. Never felt crowded. Beautiful view. Good location. Kitchen is well stocked. Washer & dryer worked out perfectly since we were able to come home with everything washed. Host is very responsive. We will stay again and recommend to others.

Shaun's property has everything you'll need - four bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom, a generous living area inside and a wonderful balcony overlooking the Gulf waters. I heartily recommend it!

It was super clean, and plenty of space to roam. Plenty of places to go in walking distance. It was super nice that it’s ocean front with 8 people it was easier To just go down the elevators and out to the pool or beach.
The only downfall was that there are only two elevators and at times we had to wait long periods to go down or up. Other than that this place could have 10 stars. Very clean and the owners if you needed anything, got back with you right away.
We definitely will be back!

We had 8 people and we never felt crowded once the condo is huge and the balcony has to be the best part!! The biggest outdoor space I have seen for a condo with plenty of seating and a great view of the gulf! The owners where very quick to respond to any questions we had and they where even low on silverware and she had some delivered to our condo door!! Very very pleased with the stay and the host 10/10 for sure!!!

It’s a really great location. Shaun and his team were easy to communicate with. Two master bedrooms being ocean front is a huge plus. The condo is very well furnished, and the pool/hot tub is great. We will be back!

Shaun was very accommodating on this special, last, trip for my mother, he allowed us to check in very early. Location is great and size is perfect for large groups. Largest balcony we've ever seen at PCB with awesome views. Place needs a little updating but overall in good shape. Only disappointment was there was only 1 roll of toilet paper in the entire condo (which doesn't last long with 4 women), also no dish washing or hand soap, so keep that in mind when you go. Would stay here again though.

Wal-Mart just a few blocks away and plenty of food choices within walking distance. Shaun was easy to work with and went out of their way to make the experience for my family comfortable and relaxing. There are washer and dryers in the condo which is a huge plus. We had 4 men and 3 women in the condo and space was not an issue. Highly recommend this place.
